I always love how so enthusiastic and excited the cast members of Tokyo Disneyland are even when lining up for one of the many rides. 🤩🇯🇵 Something I find lacking about cast members at Disneyland/California Adventure as well as Disney World over in the U.S. who just usher you through like cattle. 😮💨🇺🇸
Tokyo Disney Land/Sea are not directly under US Disney's control. that's why you don't get lightning lane BS in TDL and TDS. Also, the haunted mansion in Japan will remain the same, while they are going to butcher the US version of Haunted Mansion now.
Disneyland Tokyo is not owned by Disney. It is owned by a private party known as the Oriental Land Company, hence why the ride remains untouched. Disney absolutely can recommend changes and other administrative items. However, the final say is made by the Oriental Land Company.
