- WWE 2K Battlegrounds: 5 Things You Might Not Know has begun! Unlike the usual yearly series for the main game its unlikely this series will have many episodes due to the more simplistic nature of the game. But hopefully we can still feature a few enjoyable lesser known things. Did you know any of the featured things? Know anything that would make for a good inclusion? Let me know in the comments.

I wasn't going to bother with this series on this game in all honesty, but a few of you requested it so I thought I would give it a try. Obviously with the nature of the game this probably wont go too far, but hopefully it makes for an interesting episode or two!

At 3:24 you see daniel bryan deliver a kick. What do you do when the ring posts are yellow like they are at this moment in the video??
MISFiT NATiON OFFiCIAL some superstars have unique top rope attacks/animations. When the ring posts turn gold, all arounders can do do special taunts on the rope. For example if you do a running knee that connects with Daniel Bryan and the post turn gold, that gives you the chance to do his flying head but. If you do it correctly, he’ll automatically taunt after the aerial move connects. Same with Shawn Michaels who has an elbow drop and Charlotte who has a moonsault. Hope that helps. There’s lots of secret animations/moves in the game.

Did you also know in the tag team tutorial screen, it shows Cody Rhodes tagging in Ted DiBiase from Night of Champions? Dont know if they removed it yet, but it was pretty jarring as ive seen that pic often.

@@TheyCallMeTHE101 Oh my, just as i was playing the game, in the first panel of the Scotland story chapter, theres a God of War reference. As a big bearded man and his boy are in the airport with a "Train like a God" bag. The boy even sports the old God of War symbol/logo.

I knew about everything except the artwork update. It was still there when I first got the game. That's probably why I had to update the game twice.
Did you know that in tag matches, pretty much like with Tessa, in the initial tutorial screen you can also find a Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase Jr. pic (even though the situation is different since it's a licensed WWE picture) ?

Believe it or not, the Tessa Blanchard artwork is still in the Switch version. At least for me, anyway.
You can do the stage 1 ring break in the boot camp arena too when you jump out the choppa

I read it on a wrestling news website, it didn't state a source. I didn't know it had anything to do with them in fairness. Had I known where it was originally from, then I would have of course.
Ok can someone tell me how to do a rope rope throw in this game? It says when I’m playing when I’m carrying it says I can top rope throw but I don’t know how to do it
But how do you perform the moves which buttons do you press

@@duffyboy1986 I've only briefly checked that area out but I didnt have any issue with it. I did hear you need an internet connection to access that part of the game. Is your console offline?

Cheers dude! You have to unlock them via in-game points/money, that can be earned by playing either the story mode or exhibition.

I shocked you're wasting time, acting like this isn't just a CASUAL pick up party game, NOT sone DEEP developed game.
Where did I say it was a deep game? Its pretty obvious its a casual party style game, thats exactly what they've gone for. You understand the next sim game is still an entire year away? I've got an entire year to kill dude.
How is he wasting his or our time? His subscribers obviously enjoy watching videos related to this brand new game, he's just offering new content for them. He's not trying to say the game is as deep or as complex as a 100+ hours rpg, of course it ain't, but even if the game is simple and made for a weekend or two it's still worth talking about it.
This game is so bad from it's mechanics and so flawed as a wrestling game..shame.
