I’ve always found it interesting how Asian culture really loves raw seafood, it’s not something most people find appealing or appetizing but it does make me curious, if it actually taste good or what exactly do they enjoy about it, you know
Alot of it, I feel atleast, has to do with what food you were raised with. Raw seafood is something of the asian culture, for them it is normal, just how in the USA it is normal for us to eat our sea food cooked. It may seem strange to us but it's just something we aren't use to having🥰
Not all Asian eats like that. I personally don’t eat raw seafood except salmon. Most people in my country cook our seafood too. Personally, I try to cook everything - mainly due to fear : increasing my risk of getting Hepatitis A from it & maintaining a healthy level of cholesterol. This video is great but I wouldn’t advise anyone to do what she does.

All of us are picky about how cook are hygienic and deal with fresh foods. I know what you think because of cultural differences, but hopefully this would help you to understand somewhat.
