They are unable to speak you out of God’s will, so there is no risk for you. Only to come back bruised beat up and with the devil's hoof print on the seat of my pants..but God would always wipe my dirty tear streaked face clean me up and say " I came to save that which was Lost." Now you follow Me.. and sin no more." He never threw me away.. Im far from perfect but im NOT what i was..and at the renewal of ALL things He will make me Perfect and the whole world too. Sweet.

I don't intend to complain, I'm frustrated in a lack of understanding which I'm certain is common. I have gone through DHT, which I purchase, 6 times, went through Mind Renewal twice and Spiritual battle series once and I thought I would "see" a change. I'm beginning to realize what it comes down to is simply a confident believing which can only come through a renewed mind. Yes, thank God for Jesus being our high priest! I think Curry was making the point that grumbling and murmuring is not a neutral action, it's a sin. And every sin is serious and deserving of a sobering punishment, like the swallowing up of the grumblers by the earth in the Old Testament. Now, we have the perfect sacrifice of Christ who bore the punishment we deserve, yet we are told to resist the devil, and die to sin. Also, we have to take into consideration the event in Acts 5 of Ananias and Sapphira who dropped dead after lying to God. I have more understanding to gain on that scripture, but clearly we can see that sin is not tolerable even after Christ. Sin is not to be played with.

Does anyone know if Curry quit Karate because it is of the devil like yoga (and Judo and all martial arts, and many kinds of dancing - and music - esp. drums - they’re used by witch doctors in Africa) or if it was for another reason. Blake is using hyperbole to prove a point and to teach the danger of speaking out one’s frustration, dissatisfaction, disdain, and distrust for God (complaining).Praying for you to hear the heart of the message for it is profitable! I don't follow Curry so I don't know him or his heart but I do know that we are living under grace and God will not cause tragedy or death to come upon Christians or anyone else for that matter. Does anyone know if Curry quit Karate because it is of the devil like yoga (and Judo and all martial arts, and many kinds of dancing - and music - esp. drums - they’re used by witch doctors in Africa) or if it was for another reason. Shocking that God is limited to the kinds of sports apparently Christians can do. Did Curry research Yoga personally or just go by hearsay? And too bad God can’t talk to people to direct them, apparently.
Wish Curry would just use the ESV...rather than have to explain the KJV.
He grew up on KJV… also, it’s the version used as the source for Strong’s Concordance, the standard for word studies-which should interest all students of God’s word. 👍
But he likes it…except he did notice some verses were left out…can’t remember which.
