Brazil adalah negara terbesar di Amerika Selatan dan beberapa hal yang terkenal dari negara ini antara lain adalah hutan Amazon dan juga sepakbolanya.
Negara bekas koloni dan jajahan Portugal ini memiliki 4 zona waktu yang berbeda dan berurutan, dengan luas 8.547.404 km2 berbatasan dengan Peru dan Colombia disebelah barat, disisi timur ada samudera Atlantik, disebelah utara Suriname, Guyana, French Guiana dan Venezuela, sedangkan disisi sebelah selatannya samudera Atlantik, Uruguay, Paraguay, dan Bolivia.
