Hi, Do you need to make reservation at the restaurants or just walk in? Do they have buffets for lunch and dinner or only breakfast? Thanks
The buffet is open for all 3 meals. Some places you need to make a reservation through the app, but most you just walk in!
Was the 24/7 coffee shop included in the all inclusive?
Yes it was!! It was soooo good!
Great video you guys. Please tell me this. I have knee issues and going up and down stairs is a problem wirh me. Does this resort have facilities in place (elevators, ramps, golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (ie: from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much, Steve S
Hi Steve! Yes, they have elevators and golf carts that will bring you around. They have locations throughout the property almost like bus stops where you can wait for a golf cart.

They have one in Sunrise and Nizuc!
Would you recommend this resort for couples with young children or toddlers?
Yes it's great for toddlers and young children! They have a kids pool and a whole playhouse. The staff was also very accommodating at all the restaurants and super friendly towards my 1 year old.
I was there last week i would give the food 6/10 what are the resorts you recommend with better food?
Excellence El Carmen was great and I like the food better on Royal Caribbean Cruises. I will say the coffee/ice cream shop here was AMAZING!!

Yes, I would say so! I forgot to mention the fresh made tortillas for tacos at the buffet were really good!!
Any problems with iguanas and other lizards or slizzary things or creatures lol!
