I remember when I first heard this song. I was on a tour in New York & I was listening to it while looking out the window. 1:40-2:00 has ALWAYS been my favorite part. Love this song.
I prefered Miley Cyrus' songs in between 2006 to 2008, more than her stuff between 2009-2010. Afterwards she was trying too hard to be serious or edgy in a way that was certainly not musically compelling. But at least this song is one of my favorites from her period. Some of her Bangerz-stuff isn't that bad, though.
