The fact that Soyeon got accused when she was homeschooled. Like what did she bully the air?! Also Hyunjin getting accused...again but this time by a girl. When he was in an all boy school Edit: Girl or boy the hyunjin bullying scandal was proven false (they just had arguments anyway) Also I wrote this before they said anything about it being a boy. And Soyeon bullying scandal wether they said she was in homeschool at the time or bot was also proven false
I know he has apologized n things n tbh I don't even know if he actually bullied or not ....but speaking of the insults it is bullying but it impacts u indirectly it happened with me when I was bullied in my 5 grade n now I m in 10 grade long time ago i know but the amount of insecurity n other problems it has built in me is shit as fk
On Unpretty Rapstar Soyeon showed that she went to school. I remember she told she used to wear a wig because she has dyed hair. I didn't know she was homeschooled, but maybe just for a couple of years. Of course I'm not saying those bully accusations are true

@@shock9030 yes he did but Hyunjin literally sent selfies and a goodnight message with a heart emoji to his friends before he went to sleep why would he bully someone? Also it could be because Stray Kids are on Kingdom and antis thought it would be the chance to ruin their chances on winning.
@@gracechin3212 “hyunjin literally send selfies and goodnight messages with heart emojis to his friends” is honestly a weak argument. That’s like saying ‘person A would never hit person B because person saves kittens who are stuck in trees’. For the next time think carefully.
Same here, I was bullied for a very long time until high school when my family moved and I was finally free. But to this day I still deal with mental health problems and I can't trust people easily anymore, meaning it's hard for me to make friends. These bullies don't understand how severe their actions can be on another person's life, they need to be held accountable.
Breaks my heart to read this. If you all don't mind, I will pray for all of you, so that you may be healed mentally and be able to find peace in life, in Jesus Name 💜
Same I will never forgive them , I’m half Bengali and half Korean but I had to move to USA and I’ve been bullied for 4 years there . Why ? I’m Asian that’s why
I agree with you. With the technology that is around people can also do cyberbullying which could make things even harder for the victims because it's another way to be picked on.
exactly... I'm honestly so digusted cause I went through bullying. It's such a sensitive topic and yet disgusting and cheap are using it for their own satisfaction smh
some rumors said that these allegations are made by crazy fans of the first few idols that get accused to cover up for them make all this seems like a silly trends
It’s sad how the real victims are accused of being lying about their struggles because the pretend victims are making this stuff up because of jealousy due to fame..
no offence but i thought some of the cases were sooo exaggerated like these "victims" can chill we all know they just wanna ruin careers idols have worked so hard for
I think the alleged victims should bring more evidence like medical or nurse reports (in physical bullying) and testimony from the teachers and classmates and they should also file a report against them in court (like grace said you can sue your bully in Korea) and then I think more people will start to believe them because everyone is innocent until proven guilty.
@@innominatesoul2277 that's so dumb lol, how can you sue someone for something they did as a child? I was bullied at one point but I wouldn't sue someone for it.
It’s the same with all types of abuse, I’ve found. Being a victim of abuse myself, it angers me when people lie about it for attention or because of jealousy. They’re ruining it for those who have gone through actual abuse
Kihyun has been cleared, the accuser has confessed that they MISTOOK him as another Kihyun from their class! Starship is taking legal actions for defaming Kihyun. He went through all this just because of someone's mistake
I bet they were targeting him tho and only said they were mistaken when the company caught up on their bullshit, kihyun is a famous idol, how could they not know and lead it on until the company gonna take legal action
The fact that it was the same person who accused him back in 2015 but the lawsuit was dropped (Likely by Kihyun himself) because the accuser cited that they'd been in a bad place mentally and wrote an apology/reflection letter for lying and then they did it again?? nahhh that person is a jealous demon because wtf

There is a HUGE difference between not being friends with someone anymore vs being bullied. These things happen all over the world even adults bully each other sometimes which isn't okay but I find it strange how one person spoke and now all of sudden you hear more idols and stories.
Dude some of the accusations though “She told me I smelled so I washed my hair three times that night.” “She stole my pen and never gave it back.” “He never smiled at me when we made eye contact.” “He bumped into me while changing classes, and didn’t apologize.” People don’t really know what bullying is, and if this is bullying in South Korea someone should have told me when I was young so I could have immediately moved, because the bullies I dealt with were relentless in making my life a living hell... like full body slam into the locker.
HyunA,Rose,or Taeyeon please marry me when I went to school I got pens stolen even my gym clothes some even took my money but that isn't bullying it's called stealing and teenagers being stupid . I would totally understand if it lead to threats being carried out and violence then yes it's bullying. All that happen is they didn't like the fact they were ignored and now they wanna ruin their careers for nothing .
@@licisjourney7307 Seriously some of the accusers are ridiculous. At the end of the day we all do stupid shit as kids and people change so much. I bumped into the bully that made my life a living hell throughout, middle school when I went to college. She ended up living in the dorm across from me, and when she remembered who I was she started crying. She apologized and explain to me how she was going through some shit back then(mother had cancer, and the father ditched them, she had to take care of her sick mother, and her little sister). She felt so bad for how she behaved that for the next two weeks she would go out of her way to leave me Starbucks with an apology...she did that every day. I hung out with her once, and we’ve been best friends since then...it’s been 5yrs. The whole point of that is that people change, and I don’t think that idols should be judged on the stupid crap they did when they were kids.
I attended Japanese school and got bullied a lot because they find out that I'm a halfer. They call me names like germs, put a dead and mutilated goldfish under my desk, put thumbtacks on my shoes etch....... Right now I still look at my shoes every single time because I'm still thinking that there might be thumbtacks there 😂 I told my parents about it and my teachers don't even do a thing about the bullying incidents. Then I changed school, and I was like okay no bullying me anymore. Everyone there was really nice and friendly 😃🙌
Half Japanese would be loved in the West! I'm sad about Hana Kimura. She was half Japanese and half Indonesian and dissed because of that. The only thing better than being Japanese is being HALF Japanese. I just can't understand Japan sometimes...
For me, I feel like in America (I am American) most students wouldn’t tell that they are being bullied because if they did, the bullies would come and bully them even more. Also teachers don’t really help honestly.
Everyone processes trauma differently. It's not uncommon for people's brains to completely block out certain memories if they were extremely traumatic. Not that I'm defending the false accusations, though.
Repression is actually a very common trauma response, I still know that I was bullied, but from the three years in which it was the strongest I barely remember anything at all. It's like these three years of my life don't really exist anymore in my memories, only sometime small snippets come up again.
Finally, someone said that! I was bullied at school, and I really don’t remember how exactly. I still remember who bullied me, my feelings, but ever since I would immediately forgot what exactly they did or say to me. That’s was always a problem coz I could never prove the bullying to adults, I just didn’t know what to say, there was nothing in mind. I’m actually glad now that I don’t remember any of that shit because I don’t want to accuse or be connected in any way to these people. But it was a huge nuisance back in the days.

People are getting more and more unfiltered online. I remember a time where a click on the block button was all you had to do.. Nowadays a lot of people are having fast typing hands with a slow thinking brain. Instead of being literally in front of a person and having (or at least trying to have) a normal thinking process with some morals and values, now you have those that are literally protected by a screen and hiding behind it.. therefore I think it's easier to bully someone online, because you won't feel that level of empathy or respect like you would have if you would actually stand in front of someone. Boredom/anxiety etc.. amplifies this even more
I saw on the news that a girl from US I forgot where exactly it is, she was bullied at school so she killed herself then the bullying doesnt even stop they post like "mommy dont tuck me in this * bed * tuck me in this * coffin *" like where's the respect?! the girl is fucking dead and still got bullied online... the school doesnt give a shit, not even a punishment to the people who bullied that girl tbh the whole "stop the bullying" by the school is a joke they dont even have responsibility to stop bullying.
Uff I thank God . There r very rare bullies in my country .🇮🇳 If someone bully someone in school they r going to be sued by teachers and their parents. In my school if someone bullies someone secretly the victims go to the staff room in the break or lunch hour and just say it to their respective class teacher . Or write a letter and keep on the table
In india they may not physically bully you but there is a lot of emotional bullying and it is also done by teachers😔😔😔 I have been the victim of it. I was treated like a disease and it still haunts me
I think this situation has gotten out of hand. I did see a comment that said Soyeon was homeschooled and that Hyunjin went to an all boys school. On a different video I saw a comment that said Pledis Entertainment released a statement saying the accusations against Mingyu are false. I think this situation will make it harder for actual bullying victims because people might think that they are lying. I agree with Grace that there is a fine line between drama from school/falling out with friends vs bullying someone. With the technology that is around today cyberbullying is another way for bullies to pick on people and can make things harder on the victims. I think that it sucks that someone's career can potentially be ruined because of a rumor.
I'm from INDIA and I'm not sure about other cities or other schools but in my school Bullying is not a problem at all The reason is that our teachers are SO Strict and most specifically the students go straight to the teacher in case of any mistreatment And they even threaten to complain to teacher on every little thing🤣🤣
Same girl.... Our schools are best and if someone thinks about their old time in school they would probably remember their best school memories and not the bullying ones because bullying is very rare here.
"Everyone is a villain in someone's story" Not that I'm agreeing to bully, but like Grace said, find the difference between actual bully and old school drama. I personally think that I have no big beef with anyone in school. But I admit that there are some people at school that I ghosted due to us not clicking. People whom I despised because of their behaviour that seemed intolerable to me. And ngl, I also think I can be overreact with my attitude back then. I was indeed the villain in their stories. But we moved on and thats just that. I or they may remained as whatever perspective we were described as in the memories. Accept that fact, and be better.
Person really reason out how hyunjin “bullied” them is that they commanded hyunjin to close the back door and hyunjin refused and said “no”, like the back door is used by several students, why single him out? Even if he’s the closest to it and he refused, that’s no bullying
Even me way back highschool I used to be so strict and sometimes mean to my groupmates because i'm the leader and it's my duty to keep an eye to my members. I always heard harsh words behind my back and they hate me for getting on their way and gave them punishment that for me was a form to discipline them when they create trouble. One time, the mother of my classmate pulled my hair because her daughter came home crying and didn't want to go back to school because she was saying that I bullied her when I kick her out of our group project and yelled at her frustrating attitude in public. I admit that i was a bitch to do that but she ignore the warnings of her mistakes. The funny thing here it was because she didn't bother to attend our meetings even once and always busy with her boyfriend which her mother didn't know. The students who hate me came testify that I was also a bitch to them. They are bunch of hypocrite people that I help to maintain their grades but at the end of the day I got a penalty at school because I chose not to revealed what I know and accept to be the bad person in the picture for I was worried what will gonna happen if her strict parents found out that she have two boyfriends. They label me as a bully but they are not innocent too. So yeah, there is always a side story why we look so bad to other people.
How do you know they weren't bullies tho? Not saying they are I'm just saying, we dont really know these people. Alot of times the personalities of idols is a facade, we have no idea who they truly are

In my school, bullying is looked very down upon on. Last time there was a bully in my school was two years ago. She would pick on the eighth graders and steal the second graders lunches. Since she made it very obvious that she was a bully, she didn’t have any friends at all. No one sat with her at lunch, no one played with her, she everybody judged her. She moved very quickly when she saw that my school doesn’t tolerate bullying.
Yeah. Just a few days ago, a lot of younger Twitter users made an artist who is disabled lose their job, because of a couple of drawings. Grace, there may not be "racism" in Korean schools, but like you mentioned with your mom - there is colorism. I think kids get bullied more for being darker :( which is so sad and unfair, especially to hear at a young age. All bbs are worthy and beautiful!!
@에스더 I'm sorry to hear that Esther, kids (and adults) can be mean and thoughtless so don't take it to heart. Know that beauty is always changing and "trending" and doesn't reflect who you are inside. It's weird because in some parts of America, people tan to appear darker, while in Asia or other Countries, people lighten their skin. But remember that owning your difference makes you unique and powerful.
@에스더 omg sad to hear. Just know that tan skin is popping. It accentuates the mussels more than pale skin and looks more glowy when moisturized. The melanin in your skin will protect you more against sun damage and you will age less than people with pale skin do. Not to put the one over the other, but just find the perks in your beautifull skin.
@에스더 hi, Idk if you're gonna see this, but I just want to say, LOVE YOUR SKIN. Colourism is honestly one of the dumbest forms of discrimination, skin colour determines nothing about a person besides their level of melanin production and ability to withstand sun damage. If anyone tells you anything about your colour, ignore them or tell them to eff off ( whichever works better for you), and please never use skin lightening products, because they just kill your skin cells. I'm not going to say tan skin is better (cuz that would be colourism) but I will say that healthy skin is good skin, and if you are taking care of your skin , you have nothing to worry about.
@에스더 I'm glad you were reminded of that :) It's challenging to go against the norm in this society, but there's something special about each one of us as cliche as that sounds - it's true. Our whole existence on earth shouldn't be dependent on our skin color or beauty standards - that's not living. So I hope you'll remember to be kind to yourself when those degrading thoughts come up because they are not your thoughts and you can reject them.
@에스더 tan skin is popping in the u.s. a lot of white people spend a lot of money for spray tans. colorism sucks. people want to buy your skin color but you have it naturally, try to cherish your insecurities. 🥰
I don't know about you guys but I will never forgive my bullies. Was bullied in elementary school. Subsequently went to a better school because of my grades and lost touch with almost everyone. One day in college one of those bystanders requested to follow my IG. I accepted it because I thought I was over it. Fast forward two years I was on summer exchange and swiping on IG I saw her IG story celebrating some achievement of my tormentor, with a couple others present. She tagged them and called them "pride of (school name)" and also said "(home-room teacher name) aren't you proud of us" as she pans the camera to said teacher who ignored all my reports because she preferred the other students and because I wasn't local. I honestly thought I was over it until that point and I just lost it. I cried and just got ridiculously emotional. For one fucking hour. I was 22 that time and I was last bullied by them at age 12. One decade and I'm still not okay. It still triggers me. I blocked the ex-schoolmate instantly. No, I don't forgive bullies. Being young is not an excuse (especially not for that biased home room teacher she was 40) to be a horrible human being.
When I was at school, we used to handle different: "talk shit, get hit" there was very few cases of bullying because almost everyone knew how to defend themselves (I'm from South America by the way)
That’s the best way honestly. Let kids learn the hard way that their words have consequences. I’m from the US and if you defended yourself in school then YOU got in trouble😒 pretty dumb
I'm from South America too. I would say that bullying is indeed different here. Yes, of course, it exists and there are cases that are pretty bad. But in general, people tend to stand for themselves more and the ones doing the bullying rarely go to extremes of violence like in other countries. I would say that the most usual bullying in South America would be psychological, in the mean jokes kind of way. Or having someone that is "fun" to make fun of. I repeat, not good... but at least people don't go to hospitals, suicide, or get robbed...
I’m from South America too and I think as my fellow South American just mention, bullying is different here, there’s not many racist bullys because we are all so mixed so... it would be kind of stupid and we just kind of stand up for ourselves like, someone is screaming at you, scream louder and that’s it
I'm indigenous and I was constantly bullied because of it, the reason why is because my parents put me on a public school which was on the rich part of the city, since I was darker than them I was bullied and making fun of, also because of my name. My name is Ada which in Spanish is confused with "Hada" (Fairy in Spanish) I was constantly told "Why is your name Ada (Referring to fairy) if fairies are white and cute but you are dark and anorexic" It has happened to me for years but sadly there is nothing I can do, finally I'm going to college so I'm begging this year to be different, I understand the frustration when it comes to bullying, all of the feelings you have when you go through that, I suffered not only bullying but also racism
"If fairies are white-" hold up I believe my emojis say otherwise 🧚🏻♀️🧚🏿♂️🧚🏼♀️🧚🏾🧚🏽♀️🧚🏽♂️🧚🏾♀️🧚🏼🧚🏿♀️ Also when I hear anyone refer to someone who's thin as "anorexic" I think they just feel like fatasses regardless of their weight and they're trying to convince themselves otherwise. Like that's something they need to work on to feel better but instead they put down people they envy. That's been my experience anyway
And ps college IS different. It's easy to avoid the mean girls and assy boys because they stick together and everyone else no longer cares about that stuff
*hugs* College is better than you think, people dont bother you as much as they do in grade school. In my opinon, I believe fairies are beautiful, no matter what they look like. beautiful, powerful, strong and amazing just like you. Sometimes you gotta turn the negative into something positive! Things will get better from here I promise
i was bullied mercilessly when i was young. sent home with bruises and torn clothes and lumps on my head. i harbored resentment for a time. but something crazy happened: i became an adult. and the more adult i became, the less i gave af about who did what when i was young. i bring this up to suggest one thing: most of the outrage is coming from young people. i don't grudge them their outrage either; they're young. but with life experience they're likely to understand that what was in the past is not who we are, and people can (and often do) grow into decent people. but for now, they'll leverage the power of the internet to bring judgment on someone they don't even know, involving a case they have no knowledge of, because that's what the internet does.
i was about to write the same thing..i think most of these accusers haven't grown up (even i tho i assume that most of them are in their 20s considering who they are accusing, so not exactly children here either...) and dealt with real life yet to be wrapped up with what happened in their middle/high school life. Was bullied too and resentful of the ahole for a long time and then college/career/life happened and i have better things to do with my time. And yes people are not the same as they were as a middle schooler, however from what i have seen in korean culture, i'm not sure they believe ppl can change or they are not likely to forgive them for making mistakes from grade school to now.
I understand your point, but it's not easy for a lot of people to just get over bullying. Some people go through severe bullying that leaves them with lasting trauma, not to mention the impact bullying can have on their mental health at the point in time they're being bullied, causing issues like anxiety and depression. Everyone handles situations differently, and I think people should be allowed to process their emotions in a way that is healthiest for their personal wellbeing.
Wtf are teachers doing in school if you are sent with torn clothings or bruises the person responsible should have been expelled I think it will be better if teachers paid more attention.
@@rinrin9236 you are absolutely correct. unfortunately, that's not what we're seeing from the outrage mob on the internet, who are projecting their emotions on situations they know nothing of. and when they jump to conclusions based on these emotions, without affording due process to the accused, it brings harm to individuals (and companies, and fandoms) who are vulnerable to public opinion. resisting the temptation to do so takes maturity, which comes with life experience that the self-righteous internet jury just doesn't seem to have.

loonas chuu is an example of people taking advantage of the situation. the acuser came out and said they lied and exaggerated their friendship but now they’ve hurt chuu’s reputation and her mental health (she’s mentioned before that her nice personality meant she always got hurt and couldn’t tell anyone, plus she’s cancelled her schedules) and now it’s hard to believe other victims too.
i dont believe shit knetz say unless there's actual proof. chuu wouldn't hurt a fly let alone cause someone emotional damage, this week has been draining.
Luckily for both Chuu and Orbits, no Koreans don’t pay attention to Chuu’s case because it isn’t legitimate. This won’t hurt her reputation, at least considerably.
Soojin’s case actually sparks the whole #BullyToo movement, and the victims also bring their own lawyers to demand an issued apology from Soojin for their trauma occured in the past. The victims have evidents themselves, and in my perspective are trustworthy.
and jaywhypee out here making our Hyun apologize for such a small thing that happened 8-10 yrs ago to keep the company's so called "reputation" like did jyp even have one in the first place? 💀💀💀🙄🙄✋🏼✋🏼
@Shaivi Vats I was just saying that jype didnt handle it well and they made hyun write a handwritten apology and post it on insta which was unnecessary since he has already physically apologized to the accusers and they accepted his apology. Also not to mention how Hyun is made to take a halt? all these things arised more accusations and made it seem like Hyun did bully someone really harshly which prolly isnt even true and neither has jype released any kind of official statement regarding the situation which again leads to more accusations and more hate towards hyunjin which none of us want.
And ig that’s all you care about lol. Shows the morals of all their fans, they don’t give an f about the victims, they just desperately want to prove that the idol that they’re unhealthily attached to is innocent.
I would just like to say that in Hyunjin's case it was an argument NOT bullying. Even the person who was apparently bullied said that it had been a long time and that they didn't remember all the details. I hope this clears some stuff up.
Innocent until proven guilty... yes, some of them might be actual bullies before and I must say, they deserve the consequences. But there are also people that we call "antis" who blurts out accusations without solid evidences.
ok you want an online school story lol? In creative writing class, we had to do "blackout poems" (take a piece of text, keep a few words and cross out the rest) and I chose the lyrics Serendipity (BTS) and I was like lol nobody's going to know what this is but someone wrote in the chat "Jimin!" and I was shook :)
I really wish that school bullies would realize the harm that they have done to so many other people.. I was bullied from kindergarten all the way to the end of high school. I could never take jokes because it just hurt me so bad. I barely had friends, and people only started talking to me around 3rd grade. She would tell people to not talk to me, as right in my face and pull them away from me. The girl who bullied me all my life, I hate that I will never forget her. If only she knew I had my own home problems, maybe she would have let up. I’m ruined for possibly the rest of my life because of her actions. Just because she was the most popular, everyone else who wanted to be cool, thought it was okay to bully me as well. I’ve worked on myself so much, I’ve gone to therapy several years and pushed myself past my comfort zone just to teach myself that not everyone is judging me in the world. And yes it has helped A LOT, and I’m much better than I used to be, but that doesn’t change the fact that I’m TERRIFIED to make phone calls, even if I’m so ill i feel like I’m dying, I’m so terrified to call the doctor. After every appointment I break down crying and get really depressed for a few days. I can’t even talk about my symptoms because I wan to cry so bad. Im still terrified to ask questions, I hate putting in my opinion, I let people in my life step all over me, because I’m too afraid to stand up for myself. I’m so terrified by so people sometimes. And I don’t want to say it’s all her fault and blame it all on her, but my parents had a play in my pain too, and being out of home was an escape, and I couldn’t even do that without being harassed. I was harming myself physically because I felt like I wasn’t good enough, but now I know, that im more than enough. As I said, I am MUCH BETTER than I used to be, but I still often hold myself back from things, because I’m scared, of what, I don’t know. I’ve since moved away from there and I never have to see anyone in that town, and life is so much better than it used to be, but unfortunately I will always live with this anxiety I have and unfortunately I get really depressed a lot still. But I know with time I’ll get better. Omg I ranted so bad haha, but the moral of the story is, I wish they would realize what they have done to these people. The pain they have caused and the harm they can never undo. If I ever heard an apology from these people, idk if I would forgive them, but I would have the opportunity to teach them what their words and actions can really do to people, and hope that they teach their children, that these actions should never be taken, and to treat others with kindness, because it makes so much of a difference. And if anyone read this all, I wish you the best, and I hope you have a wonderful and happy life because you deserve it!!! And you are loved!! ❤️❤️💕💕
I remember being bullied and harassed at school back in the day for being Asian. I skipped sooo many classes during my GCSE days and I remember the first year I was virtually non existent during PE & Graphics - cause my bully was in the graphics lessons and PE was always before it. 😭 At the end of the year I knew I couldn't go on like this cause my grades would suffer so I plucked up the courage and told my teacher. I was expecting him to shout at me but he didnt, took the time to listen and helped me through everything, even shared his experiences of being picked on as an adult! (he was american and living in the UK). He brought me to our head of year who then expelled the kid for a while. Needless to say Im super thankful to all my teachers back then for being so supportive 😅
I was Bullied in my teen. And most of time i came home crying and it ruined my whole teen and still tormenting me . I hope i can forgave them but i don't know when maybe in future. Those horrifying memories doesn’t go away trust me when i say this.
hyunjin went to a coed elementary and middle school ( seoul sungil elementary school & seoul sungnae middle school ) and only attended an all boys school in high school ( dongbuk high school , which he didn't attend for that long since he ended up being transferred to sopa ) . he is being accused of bullying someone in middle school which is possible .
In Loona's case: Chuu's accusers all deleted their posts and apologized after the company denied those rumors and said they'd be suing them for defamation(and they're still doing it even after they deleted) Hyunjin has also been accused of physically bullying someone, but old classmates stood up for her, and said that the one who accused her was actually bullying hyunjin. Sooo they deleted their post and apologized, but the company did nothing and said nothing about it
All these cases are a mix of false accusations (Chuu/Soyeon), friends falling out (probably the Soojin case) and actual bullying (April/Hyunjoo case). It’s all a mess.
i feel like a group of antis have grouped together to attack famous celebrities who are doing great in the industry just to ruin their lives or "just for fun" these people really make me sick
OMG! I just posted the same thing hahaha - NCT is pretty notorious for having some of the worst sasaengs in the industry, currently. I would NOT be surprised if delusional(s) sasaeng fan(s) banded together to stop Jaehyun's drama from airing (which they did mofus ugh) because HyeSoo can't be with their oppa... Especially her case --- it just doesn't add up. They keep threatening with evidence but haven't reached out to authorities, the company, or released it. in india i don't see much of bullying cases (i am an indian ) so i'm a middle school student from india and honestly i have never seen anyone getting bullied in our school . specially the sunbae hoobae thing because i have always been close to my seniors made plans with them , asked them for help . well and as u said there is a difference between school drama and bullying like i've been part of so many dramas , even recently but we forgave each other because it's the last year of our middle school. and we have a really good relation with our juniors too .but when i say this i mean from what i have seen but i have heard from my friend from another school that juniors get beaten up by seniors and are bullied , he once got bullied too and the most disturbing part is that teachers don't even bother to know and help in such situations , like they check our uniforms , hair , shoes and attendence for their so called "discipline" purpose but don't give a fuck about school bullying which is very dangerous for student.
People in Korea don’t actually pay attention to Chuu’s bullying allegation. Just want to clarify. (The number 1 hot search on Korean Internet right now is Soojin’s, for those who’s curious)
what do you mean by that?if she looks innocent and cute, she can't be a bully or what?ik the rumors are false, but judging someone's behaviour based on their appereance is wrong
@@marica_istrate thats very true! I don’t think she’s innocent just bc of how she looks, I was judging off of her personality (that we can see) because she’s always kindhearted and sweet
I went through severe bullying example , sexual harassment , being beaten up to the point I couldn't walk for two months , being stabbed , physically and mentally abused and also I was almost poisoned . And its always the older kids who did these things to me so now when people ask me why I'm so mean and not kind anymore I always say "the world is a cruel and dark place , you don't know when it's gonna come back and strike you in the face" .
I feel so relieved in my school after hearing this.In the school i am studying in,there are no bullies and students are not allowed to be rude with each other and if they are rude their parents will be called
Since I go to an all girls school there is constant drama, but since I have been at home most of the time for school I haven't had any problems. But of course before the pandemic began I was having problems with an ex and friends who decided to turn there back on me. I was also volunteering at the time as part of a grade for class that I was taking, and I got harassed by many of the kids I worked with. Sorry this was so long. Hope you are doing well.
I’ve never been bullied and I’m lucky to say I haven’t seen much of it in my lifetime. At all the schools I’ve been to, most people I knew had too much work to make fun of other people. I’m not saying bullying didn’t happen at my schools, but I never really saw it. If a kid did something really bad and was found out, they would be suspended, expelled, or maybe even have criminal charges depending on what happened.

I think everyone has thing we aren’t proud of especially during our teenage years but if those toxic traits continue then we need to action against them. AND IM NOT SAYING ITS RIGHT THAT THE BULLYING HAPPENED. But as adults we need to take responsibilities for actions and own up to them so we can continue to grow ina society where people feel safe and loved.
Definitely. I find claims against idols stating that they did something at age 10-14 kind of irrelevant. I mean, have you seen middle schoolers nowadays? The boys who were in my middle school class would always say some pretty mean and sexual things. But now in high school, they are completely different people. I wish more people understood that people can change. That being said, there are those few people who don't mature or change at all. In that case, of course, we should hold them resposible.
Most people in their teenage year aren’t a bully FFS. Please stop acting like bullying behavior is normal during one’s growth in personality either, because it’s not true.
@@hajimekashiwagi3635 What I'm trying to say is that people change. At the age of 10-14, the vast majority of kids still have a long way to go. Kids who were mean to me at my school are completely different people now. And if Mingyu did bully people in middle school, who says he didn't change? And plus, it isn't even confirmed if he was a bully.
Forgiveness is such a powerful thing. Several years ago I had planned to commit suicide because I couldn't take it anymore. It wasn't until I wrote a letter to say goodbye that I saw I could end it all there or I could forgive the people that hurt me so much and continue my life for better. Some days are tough but I'm glad I didn't do it.
I was bullied too for over 10 years and moved many times. I had professional help and now everythi g is better. But I remember when I had a discussion in my college class 3 weeks ago. The rich and famous students said "Its your own fault when you get bullied because you are weak". I still can not believe what they were saying. I come from germany. Its not illegal but you can sue them, even when they call you bad names or telling rumors about you. But many teachers say when you need help "Lets talk together with this person" or "Your classmates so you should be friends". Many of them dont help at all. But just in case someone is reading this and feels bad: Your perfect! Nothing is wrong with you! And your not alone! I know its rly hard, but I was at the bottom too and you can change it again! I never thought I will be this happy again so fight :3

The bullying accusations from Hyunjin are giving me serious anxiety, i mean ofcourse we know it’s not true but Hyunjin is REALLY sensitive, he literally even cries when reading a sad book or movie, i’m so worried😭
And Hyunjin literally sent selfies and a goodnight message with a heart emoji to his friends before he went to sleep so why would he bully someone? Also it could be because Stray Kids are on Kingdom and antis thought it would be the chance to ruin their chances on winning.

@@lovesullyoonie I think JYPE confirmed that the rumors were not true...? and he apologized saying sorry if he once hurt someone. (not about the rumors)
When I first got into kdramas (around 2015) and watched my first ever drama Heirs, I thought they were exaggerating with the bullying on the show because in the US-or at least in my school (I go a suburban mainly white high school)- there isn’t really your typical form of bullying or a bully because bullying culture isn’t too big in actual schools. I would say that instead “bullying” online is more what takes place, but then again it’s still not too big because our school has a big anti-bullying system in place. When I started to watch more kdramas, I couldn’t help but notice the similarities on how much physical bullying there was. The crazy thing to me as well is how much of a juxtaposition it is that in Korea bullying is seen as a really big taboo (or from me as an outsider is seems that whenever a famous figure gets hit with bullying accusations the public really has a strong reaction from it) in Korea, but bullying culture seems to be really big as well. I guess it’s all a culture shock for me 😄
When being bullied why not just fight back? For those who bully, why only dare when in a group? I've had bullies too, but in that moment I silenced them and exposed the true brutality. Even though I ended up being punished, but I didn't care about the punishment and I said "You guys are targeting the wrong people to bully, because my life is much darker". So I didn't decide to kill myself and managed to turn things around. At the same time they were targeting others who were much weaker, I didn't stay silent and directly taught them a lesson. In the end I was labeled an “uneducated child” but I ignored all that and I feel proud of the title. Because they started first, that's why I counterattacked. Some even turn to me for protection when they are bullied. Because someone saw when I was having lunch, my lunch was hit by a basketball, which in the end spilled my food. At that time my emotions peaked, I said "Who did this? Honestly or I ruined this place". Finally there were 3 people who confessed, the three of them were given punishment including me, but the three of them were frustrated with the punishment. But I didn't care about the punishment, even until the weaker ones finally asked me for help. It can't be helped, I can't bear to see it. That's all my tips for those of you who are often bullied, make it a habit to be brave, fight and never decide to commit suicide. Prove to them that you are much braver and stronger.
I mean Don't accuse just give us proper evidence and proof yourself.. IDK this is trend or what accusing she he was my friend but also became my bully! I am so done with the rumors like get on the point.
Here in Bangladesh, school bullies are quite rare but there r bullies in universities. Also there r some shitty students in some schools who bully those introverted soft kids & the worst part is it doesn't even get noticed like there's no freaking law or smth here & many get away doing such disgusting things. There was a case here about 2 years ago that some university bully beat up this one kid so much that he died. & they beat him bcz he posted his thoughts about some governmental issues going on here. Then students from all over the country did mass-movement & got those bullies arrested. I feel bad for ppl like that kid.....I rly wish the thing 'bullying' just vanished from the world.
Yeah here bullying is more like politically influenced student parties torturing people with different ideas. I think general students are fairly nice. Also the school and college I went to, anything close to bullying was socially criticized so much that bullies would have to go through bullying if they try to bully others.
i have been bullied for sometime and it still hurts to see them unaffected and not living up to the consequences.. but like u cannot tell anybody cause u do not want the situation to be bad ... still hits tilll today . i mean i fought back but i got in trouble for it .. y bully people ;[ i and accusation without evidence NO
In my opinion old drama in high school isn’t worth ruining someone else’s career. I’m sure it must be irritating seeing someone you had beef with in the past be successful but people change
Welp, I suppose those ppl that kill themselves due to bullying it would just be old drama for u. Ppl don't change easily even if they can. Calling them out could prevent more ppl from being bullied. However, I think they should first contact that company/artist and ask for a proper apology and consequence then if the artist/company is willing then they should take the apology and move forward, rather than putting all the drama on the internet. However, if they don't then u should expose them as it shows they haven't changed and r likely still harming others. Bullying has levels and some ppl suffer from psychological issues for the rest of their life so old drama... or a constant ongoing pain?
@@MiSSK2078 I'm sure the person was talking about less serious things...?? cuz obviously if it's to the point where the victim almost/attempted to kill themselves then that's on a whole new level. I think there's a limit to everything...
i live in Mexico and today just came out this video from Chihuahua where male students ( 32 at least could be counted in this video)gathered in the bathroom waiting for an autistic classmate to get out of the toilet and started beating him up. This hurts me so much. It's so easy to respect everyone. It's ok if you don't like them nor agree with them for whatever reason you have, but you should respect them. I know it's not that easy to stand up for somebody, but courage is bigger than fear. Always. You never know, you could be saving someone's life. Please be kind.
This is your excuse for hyunjin? Omg my bully send hearts and says good night to me, omg he's definitely not a bully!!🙄 -nothing against hyunjin tho, im just too annoyed with your excuse, think of a better one. -from a cat
you do know that bullies can be nice to some and be bullies to others right? i’m not saying hyunjin is a bully , but it’s a terrible argument. he sent his friends the messages , not the accuser. you said that in your original comment, but replied to someone saying he sent the accuser those messages.
As someone who was bullied for over 7 years, I still haven't recovered from what occurred. Everytime I go out, I always think that everyone is secretly making fun of me or laughing. I was picked on for every little thing back then, got food thrown at me, and was secluded for everything. For me, I don't know if I can forgive some of my bullies. So, as long as they aren't lying, I don't blame ACTUAL victims for coming forward. I know that if I saw my bullies on TV, the Internet, and radio all the time, I would break down completely. It's like reopening wounds that haven't full healed yet.
@@TaeThei yeah, I agree that some of them are quite insane. however, it is difficult to get proof since bullying is more verbal and physical, plus most victims don't think about that at the time. although, I will say that this doesn't mean we straight up believe all claims. additionally, some cases are nuanced and could be more complex on either side. so overall, it's hard to advocate for either side unless the case is insane or one side is disproven.
I'm Brazilian and I was bullied because when I was little I was a tomboy. The only time in my life that i "bullied" someone was in elementary school when i was probably 10. There was this guy that nobody liked and i'v let him hang out with me and my friends but we weren't actually friend with him and we had fun scaring him. from what i remember we werent insulting him (at least i hope) and we werent physically hurting himneither, but it was still wrong to make him think that we were his friends. after a while, maybe 1 or 2 months, i decided to stop because i realised it wasnt ok. Some years later, in secondary school, i saw him and i went up to him and apologized for what i did in elementary school. I dont remember what he said but i truly hope my apology brought him some happiness. I'v heard afterward that his life wasnt easy and it made me regret my actions even more.I hope every bully could realise that what they are doing is wrong and can truly hurt people, sometimes for the rest of their life.
Korea is a lovely place ofc, but it’s far to romanticized in America. Korea is in no way perfect and just because they have Kpop and kdramas doesn’t mean that it’s a fantasy dreamland where everything is perfect and you can live your Y/N life. Same thing with Japan, they’re not perfect countries where it’s a fantasy land and everything is always amazing.
Its ridiculous ngl. I think people are bored. I think those who bully others need some therapy, probably suffering from whatever had happened to them , but from what I see the majority of them later regrets it (not all just some )
I don’t think the majority ends up regretting what they’ve done in the past. Instead, most of the people I’ve meet who I personally know are a bully once in their life will never be able to break the habit because bullies are mostly brought up in an unhealthy environment long enough to pick up their behaviors from bad influence. The only bully who I’ve seen considerable growth in personality isn’t a bully anymore, but still a fucking bitch sometimes.

There is a HUGE difference between not being friends with someone anymore vs being bullied. These things happen all over the world even adults bully each other sometimes which isn't okay but I find it strange how one person spoke and now all of sudden you hear more idols and stories.
yes but fans can't differentiate that and can called a "bully scandal" when it's just a fight, dispute between the members
The whole point of that is that people change, and I don’t think that idols should be judged on the stupid crap they did when they were kids.

exactly! It just makes things more sus ya know?
Exactly!! I remember being bullied since the fourth grade up until high school. I will never forget none of my bullies & what they did to me
Everyone processes trauma differently.

Cyberbullying unfortunately still exists and is getting worse during the time that we are in.

"Everyone is a villain in someone's story" very very true!!

Like that's something they need to work on to feel better but instead they put down people they envy. That's been my experience anyway
And ps college IS different. It's easy to avoid the mean girls and assy boys because they stick together and everyone else no longer cares about that stuff

i was bullied mercilessly when i was young. sent home with bruises and torn clothes and lumps on my head. i harbored resentment for a time. but something crazy happened: i became an adult. and the more adult i became, the less i gave af about who did what when i was young. i bring this up to suggest one thing: most of the outrage is coming from young people. i don't grudge them their outrage either; they're young. but with life experience they're likely to understand that what was in the past is not who we are, and people can (and often do) grow into decent people. but for now, they'll leverage the power of the internet to bring judgment on someone they don't even know, involving a case they have no knowledge of, because that's what the internet does.
i was about to write the same thing..i think most of these accusers haven't grown up (even i tho i assume that most of them are in their 20s considering who they are accusing, so not exactly children here either...) and dealt with real life yet to be wrapped up with what happened in their middle/high school life.
@@afrobeatsislife1677 there's not much teachers can do after school and off campus, which is when/where most of my bullying experiences took place (bullies are usually wise to the rules). as for parents, obviously they need to teach kids to not beat up others kids. but if that were the way for everyone, these discussions wouldn't be necessary.
Stray kids are growing in popularity and it shows. Woojin then Han then Hyunjin. I hope they be strong like Bts and stay together the bigger problem now is fucking JYP to not ruin it cuz we all knew What happened to Got7. I really hope their friendship leads the way.
back in elementary, our school had this whole anti-bullying campaign and we had talks with police officers telling us that bullying is already against the law and we can get sued for it. thinking about it now, it was very amazing that we had that here in the philippines.
I love that ♥️
One thing i love about the Philippines is that bullying is never tolerated and teachers are really doing a great job in handling these situations. Also, the senior-junior issue is non-existent here. I have never seen anything like that.
@@injoo3539 i agree. when i joined clubs and organizations back in high school, those who were older than us basically treated us as if we were their friends. those are probably some of the perks of our education environment in the philippines
I'm from the Philippines too, and we do anti-bullying campaign every year in our school too but still bully exists.
Edit: but bullying here is not that worst compared to the other countries.
Even in India, bullying is seriously not tolerated. I wish it is taken seriously in other countries as well.
i don’t really think bullies should be forgiven. this is my personal opinion, but as someone who’s been bullied for my whole school life so far, i don’t think i’ll ever be able to forgive any of those bullies nor forget all the physical and metal damaged they’ve managed to make me go through.
@mandyluxe thanks. rn i don’t have resources to give me this help you mention, but i’ll take in account your words.

while i understand that you may have a very bad experience, i don’t think they shouldn’t be forgiven but should be punished for it, not their career seized because they actually worked hard for it.

@@ne3218 and when we think of it, the only way of making these idols be ‘punished’ and make them apologize or whatever, is for them to be called out. there’s literally no other way to get to someone this big. it depends on how they and their company handles it if it ruins their career or not, and ofc also depends on how fans and netizens react + cancel culture
The people accusing idols of bullying are the real bullies. There are spreading fake information and posting malicious comments which is cyber bullying.
loonas chuu is an example of people taking advantage of the situation. the acuser came out and said they lied and exaggerated their friendship but now they’ve hurt chuu’s reputation and her mental health (she’s mentioned before that her nice personality meant she always got hurt and couldn’t tell anyone, plus she’s cancelled her schedules) and now it’s hard to believe other victims too.

Istg, the people who tryna bring idols down by spreading false rumors are the loneliest.

I was expecting him to shout at me but he didnt, took the time to listen and helped me through everything, even shared his experiences of being picked on as an adult!

I guess it’s all a culture shock for me 😄
Me too
When being bullied why not just fight back?

I can’t believe people said that hyunjin was a bully the boy sent his classmates pictures of himself with hearts as his way of saying good night🥲
This is your excuse for hyunjin?
Omg my bully send hearts and says good night to me, omg he's definitely not a bully!!🙄
-nothing against hyunjin tho, im just too annoyed with your excuse, think of a better one.

@@arinsgone He was proven innocent :)
@@arinsgone so a bully that doesn’t like u for any particular reason would send u pictures with hearts and tell u good night🤠
@R.M.S. exactly
you do know that bullies can be nice to some and be bullies to others right? i’m not saying hyunjin is a bully , but it’s a terrible argument. he sent his friends the messages , not the accuser. you said that in your original comment, but replied to someone saying he sent the accuser those messages.
It's like reopening wounds that haven't full healed yet.
yeah but most of them were just accusations. No proof, no witness. idk man
@@TaeThei yeah, I agree that some of them are quite insane. however, it is difficult to get proof since bullying is more verbal and physical, plus most victims don't think about that at the time.
although, I will say that this doesn't mean we straight up believe all claims. additionally, some cases are nuanced and could be more complex on either side.
so overall, it's hard to advocate for either side unless the case is insane or one side is disproven.
I'm Brazilian and I was bullied because when I was little I was a tomboy. The guys kicked me everyday, they would always say that no boy would love me because I wasn't a "girl", they made me do their homeworks... It lasted for a lot of year and I believed that this was their way to show they were my friends! Until today I have problems to face my feminine side :/
I feel like this whole thing is fake when it comes to the idols
Why because they’re idols? I bet if the Jimin from AOA situation didn’t come out but this happened to her you’d say the same things. You guys need to remember idols are not perfect they’re human just like us. They do good and bad things. They’ve been bullied and also have been the bullies. They’ve smoked and not smoked, drank alcohol and haven’t, had sex and haven’t. They do things other humans do. They aren’t above us.they are Humans
kpop idols are humans who were once not famous. a lot of these accusations are true, they just hide their true colours in front of the camera/fans.
not really, anything could happen, and what u see on camera is not always the truth, who knows if there are that has commit theft, assault or worse? or they could be the victim, who knows
@@stellakatula149 agree. Idols are people before anything. They can be just as horrible as anyone else. I’m tired of people putting them on pedestals.
I haven't forgiven my high school bullies. They've caused me too much trouble i'm still struggling with today.
Mingyu accused of bullying and said it happens in 3rd year. When he actually debuted when he was in 2nd year
The amount of accusations is getting outta hand and today a person that bullied Taehyung in school was exposed...this is too much 😭
Wait What
What??????
I saw a clip on Instagram or read something about him being bullied in elementary school a while ago. What I've read said that the friend was having a birthday party and lied to Taehyung about where the party was. After a couple of hours Taehyung found out where the party was so he went there to give the friend a gift card (or something like that) and left. Apparently his supposed friend bullied him because he was jealous of Taehyung. But the person apologized a couple of years later.
@@booklover1298 yup. Glad he apologized but it kinda hurt when I heard the news that he was bullied but people change and Taehyung is obviously doing well now
@@booklover1298 Dude this is old news. They already made up a long time ago. He wasnt a bully, he was just a jealous friend who bullied Tae. They met up and he apologized
Edit: They already moved on and we should too, its not nice opening old healed wounds. Its both annoying and may be traumatizing to Tae
