As a black American living in Southern California.. I wouldn't ever want to leave my home to live in any other country. I love traveling and have visited the continent many times but could NEVER actually live in Africa. May God bless the people who can make that transition.

When he he said he would ask someone first their reason for moving, I knew this brother was a wise man. Also when he mentions foreigners trusting other foreigners over locals being just as risky, he couldn’t be more right.

The reason why Africa is under developed is because of what our African brother said about selfish chiefs did to him. Greed is why it is discouraging to people in diaspora to invest which is found predominantly in African countries.

He is wrong when he says you can get rid of your car payment or mortgage and then move to Africa. That's not how that works. If your car is paid off or mortgage then yes but if they're not either you default on your payment and ruin your credit for the next 7 years or be patient till it's all paid off. That's the area I disagree with him.

How I understand him is to sell the car or house and get rid of the debt that way. People do it everyday. You can't keep paying for the rest of your life.

lol only a real American will now… that’s why so many immigrants who come back to the US or if they come back to the US suffer horrendously…. Because they do things in the moment instead of realizing that what they do will affect them years down the road for a very long time…

The land issue is not targeted to Americans. Ghanaians living in Ghana can be victims too.

This brother is doing great, and all his plans and aspirations are pointing in the right direction, Congratulations! Love it in Ghana as well! The question is, when one turns 60 or 70 years old, it might be wonderful to move back to Ghana and enjoy time with the grandkids, etc. However, one major reason some Ghanaians in the diaspora prefer to spend their old age outside of Ghana is the seemingly poor health care system.

Too many horror stories with chiefs and lands. Why do chiefs feel above the law? I’m not settling for whatever the chief does after I paid for what I wanted. Fk that!

Why does the government of most of these African countries allow these yellow vehicles imported from Asia into their countries? You don’t see them in the United States or some of these Western countries. They have very high rates of accidents and fatalities. I think they should be banned altogether from being operated in Ghana and other places.

Not telling you what I do is not because I’m trying to be selfish. It’s protection for me. This is the internet world that’s full of hate and envy. Your intention might be to motivate people but others might see it as a way to pull you down. Your INTENSIONS might be good as a reason to know more but others might not. I’d tell you if we were friends.
