i totally agree on the 501st as #1 there's so much range and posability weather it was just one or army building, hoping hot toys produces more troopers from different divisions since there are plenty of different paint variants for clone troopers 🤙🏼
Enjoyed your list. Being a Marvel/Iron Man guy, Iron Patriot is on my list. Love the headsculpt, the massiveness and the shelf presence. I know you were disappointed by it, so I didn't expect it on your list. I am surprised Penneywise didn't make your list given your stellar review.
Great list! 501st being number one makes a lot of sense to me. I would guess it was the best selling sixth scale figure from any company in 2021, plus the whole range of accessories, articulation etc. I had the most fun with my 501st. Happy New Year Jedha!

I completely agree with the 501st deluxe being the number #1 of 2021! Price, accessories, and presence are all there. And never in my 12yrs of collecting sixth scale figures, have I seen people buying more than two. Not Storm troopers, or any other trooper, has there been one with so many display options!
I completely agree with you about Rex. He is everyone's favorite because he's everyone's favorite character. That being said, he has the best paint job of all the clones to date!
For me, the fact that the 501st Troopers (and if memory serves me, the Corruscant Guards too) came out just before, and there was so much hype around them, kinda took some of the wind out of Rex's sails.
Great list, thought I would see Kylo on there. And one figure I like posing and no one will have on top 10 is the Tusken Raider. I don't know why but I love this figure and the two shoretroopers I picked up this past year.
I like what you said about the Venom films. I actually liked them despite how inaccurate and lackluster they are but I’m super stoked to get Carnage and Venom in my collection!

Great list! Awesome year for Hot Toys, didn't get all the ones you had on the list but the ones I did get I agree were all top 10 worthy. Captain Rex was #1 for me but I agree with you that was mainly because aside that he's an awesome figure I love the character and the 501st is my favorite battalion.
I bloody guessed it from the start! Your top one 😂.And my personal fav from this year is the Tom Holland upgraded suit. It just pops out in the collection and its something about that red colour that just draws my eyes.

But there we are, Endgame cap almost made me break my only SW and LOTR collecting. Looks so good. I actually only got 2 figures released in 2021, being the Coruscant Guard and the Artillery Stormtrooper, but I wanted a Stormtrooper, as I didn't have one yet lol. At the time Toys Wonderland were doing one hell of a deal, so I got it.

I definitely thought that Pennywise would been your #1 or even Venom as those are on many people's list. Your # 10 is actually my favorite pickup of 2021. Rey Skywalker and those lightsabers are why she is my number one that I actually have two in my collection. My two and three were Spider Gwen and Upgrade suit Spiderman as that Tom Holland head sculpt is fantastic. Head Sculpts are definitely a great reason to collect one sixth figures. You should do a Top 10 lost of Non HOT toys figures

I got Rey and opened her up, didn’t see the likeness in the headsculpt and immediately packed her up and sold her off. The guy that bought her from me was happy though so that’s a plus. IG-11 is great, super unique and definitely has a presence Heavy Mando is another great figure I love Rex but after further inspection the visor on his helmet really throws it off, it’s not accurate to a Phase 1 visor from the movies. He’ll never leave my collection though, hope we get a Rebels version one day. I got Endgame Cap, my first Marvel figure, he looks great (shield is a pain to get on) but I realised I wasn’t ready to invest in the MCU line so I sold him off. I’ll get the 3 Spider-Men, Venom, Doc Ock and Green Goblin if and when they come. I cancelled Venom, got my rewards back and used them to get Boba 2-pack for $27. I’ll pick up the Venom 2 version. BD MK85 is probably the best Iron Man figure yet, but again not willing to go down that MCU rabbit hole lol. Upgraded suit is nice, but hoping they release a clean version of the NWH version because I was never a fan of those black notches on the belt. Mysterio is a beautiful looking figure, I’ve been debating it for a while… Tempting… 501st has so many options, got 2 and that’s enough for me but you never know…
