At the time Rahul Gandhi suggest our leaders stating that " your Mizo settlement area is in different different states like Tripura, Assam and Manipur.. if we include this area, we also have to consult to their state government, which will be very complicated right now while both the party were suffering still.. so let's first make the Mizoram and others we can discuss gradually by putting into article 3 which could be extend in future. And this time manipur, we Mizo people thought that they gonna ask for greater Mizoram using article 3. But they are not.
