Some people now days won't understand or like the "stance", but those of us old enough to be around in the 70's when these were stomping the pavement everyday get it. I love it, it reminds me of a much simpler time when all motor big blocks and wide tires sticking out of the rear fender wells was the way hot rods looked. Also, THAT is what a 1000 HP car runs like. People claim they have 1000 HP, but that much real horsepower is violent! Just a fantastic car, thanks so much for showing it to us!!

Jacked up in the back dude, with a big block, lots of cubes man & a tunnel ram with holly double pumpers man. Big wide tires with traction bars. It even has an inline quick shifter dude. Totally 70's, it's a bitchin car man totally boss.

Guys this is easy... I've seen this car in person, parked my Orange BB Demon next too it, was at E town the day it hit the wall. I love the car, he's a great guy and you have to understand how basic and effective the B Body Hemi is in real life. Rock on, ROADRUNNER!

I'm back in 70's!!! I do like just one set of broken stripes in the back and not the additional ones in the front but I can live with this. Haha. This is clean and simple. This should have been Micheal Westons car in Burn Notice.

With having the 727 transmission with only 3 gears and a 1:1 ratio in 3rd gear I would change out the 4.56 gears with 3.54 gears and might get 4 miles to the gallon and be a lot more streetable but still fast. Badass car man!
for the amount of money dumped in....a Gear Vendors overdrive would be perfect. Six forward speeds, and those 4.56 reduce numerically with that high a tire anyway. Better than trying to fit a 518 OD trans into the tunnel.
I’d go with 391 s but that’s just me I do think 456 is a little to much for the street with the price of fuel nowadays but I don’t think money is a object with this guy I’m surprised it’s not reviling higher on the top end but it’s different sitting here watching would love to be the passenger even
Definitely the engine makes enough torque and HP in that car he says weighs 3,200 shouldn't have any problems with more gear added and should still be insanity quick and fast . A lot of guys running big block Chrysler engines tend to go lower gears and that can actually hurt ET because the engine runs out of power and torque quicker on stock HP factory engines that aren't designed to rev real high so often times it's better to add a little more gear to take advantage of the torque plus the HP with these engines so it doesn't run out of steam at the end of the drag strip . 4:10 - 4:56 are cool for the sound and great burn outs but on the street your asking for even worse fuel mileage plus added vibration and extra wear and tear after a while and that extra vibration and exhaust noise on long drives gets annoying after a while and actually fatigues a driver more .
Wow! That is a crazy amount of power this thing is making for just an all motor car!!!! That’s like un heard of! Most cars with that much power are turbo charged, supercharger or have huge blowers. But this is just N/A

We were parked behind this car on the street after a car show. He did a huge burnout and when the smoke cleared the car was up on the trailer. Coolest magic trick ever!
I would like to give more then only one thumbs up ! So nice to see this kind of old school build a Hemi , with no computers, no blowers , no turbos , no nos , just straight gas peddle boost ! I do believe that the terminology raked refers to the front to rear making the front of the car higher then the rear of car and stance is the overall look of the car !
My fathers had a 71 Hemi RR for 49-50 years now.. it’s the actual Sox and Martin 71 RR. I remember growing up everyone laughed and hated the look of these cars.. I always loved it. I’d love to talk to the owner of this one because he’s done well

Being a Mopar fan for over 52 years, also had a 71 Roadrunner which I think 71 and 72 was a nice body style, this thousand horsepower 72 Roadrunner is the perfect street machine, when I hit the lottery I’d love you to build me one of those, so awesome
I graduated from high school in 1977, so this car is exactly what a proper muscle car looked like in those days. They were made for straight line drag racing. If you wanted a car for going around turns you had to get a little British sports car. Cool car and a cool guy driving it...he definitely has lived a cool life!

Nope you got it wrong..a rake is a angle the car has as it sits.
Stance is a better word which means however way the cars sits,even if it's level.

It was a '72 Roadrunner with big tires, skyscraper rear end and air grabber hood that got me hooked when I was a kid.
Absolutely love it. Nothing like a big cube hemi, especially being all motor at 1100hp.
Rare to see raked muscle cars but always a treat no matter which one it is. ❤ And 1100 N/A is bonkers yet in the best way.

We used to put 14's on the front and 15's on the rear to get even more rake.

With 1100 horsepower on tap from a 605 cubic inch Hemi this guy probably can't open the throttle up anywhere but on the track. Great Roadrunner!
