Listen I’m not a Homer but if they lose on Riley I’m start to have my worries about defense recruiting! Still always believe in Sark hookem 🤘🏾
I remember receiving good news while watching this podcast 😔
Not many good news these week, especially on defense. Let's hope to get back up during the late summer
Sucks to hear about Brown Bobby but thanks for keeping it 💯
I havent heard any Michael Terry updates lately
He got a crystal ball to Texas yesterday which is interesting
@@andersonjohnson8498What is interesting about a kid from San Antonio coming to texas
PK will be gone after this year. I guarantee that. Question will be if it falls apart during the season and Nansen takes over or we keep it together enough to get 10 wins.
I think that most people feel this way but these guys which I understand why just won't talk about pk openly and the issues with him up to this point. I don't want to hear that he finally has his guys he recruited either
Why are we not out recruiting A&M? I just do not understand that?
any updates on liona lefau?
It’s been worst case scenario with the DL. Something has to change quickly. Recruit through the whistle
Man, if they miss on Pettijohn... that would be surprising.
Prioritized another LB
Y is texas losing so many players shouldnt we pay them like pettijohn going to osu
What are all of these verbals really worth? A lot of minds will change before signing. Win the SEC, win the recruits.
Speaking of radio silence, the most frustrating thing about the Pettijohn recruitment is that all 3 major recruiting platforms: 247, On3, and rivals, have him listed as a Texas favorite. Yet we are hearing he is a USC or OSU lean, however there has been no reason given as to why Texas has fallen off.
I think he’s debating whether or not he wants to be “the” star Lb in a class instead among a group of them.
The Trojans Wire reported this morning that they don't believe USC made enough of an impression on Pettijohn to overcome Texas as the big favorite to land him.
Sounds like he is soft to me then and will that transfer into the field
You can’t be a star your freshman year that type of talent is just so ridiculously rare, yes he’s amazingly good but he’s no Perkins or Hill. He would shine if uplifted into a good team and rotation, as he grows and develops into a young man. Hopefully he has the right mentality.
I think the DL recruiting loses aren’t as concerning as most would believe. Texas only lost two DTs with Sharma and Charles. Both are out of state kids and Charles was kind of a long shot with the Florida schools being a favorite for a while.
I don’t think the staff is panicking because it’s a long way away from signing day. Out of Georgia, Bama, OU, A&M, and LSU only Bama has an elite DT recruit in my eyes and that’s Antonio Coleman. I think because there are so few elite DT recruits this cycle, it’s natural for them to be dispersed amongst these schools. Each will be lucky to get one. It seems like LSU will benefit the most if in fact Brown and Williams commit which neither are right now.
Says a whole lot about PK!!!
Portal class
If Brandon Brown does not ultimately commit to Texas, and if he specifically commits to LSU, where they have gotten Dom McKinley last season, and will likely also get Zion Williams this year, I personally cannot view the 2025 Recruiting Class as a success, even with Dakorien Moore and Jaime Ffrench.
"Hook Em"
I sadly agree with you. It's especially difficult for me seeing in state recruits leaving the state and worse kids of ex Texas players doing so so or going to a&m
I felt similar with not getting Stone or Hicks before
🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Sims committed to A&M
