Hi Courtney, this might be a long shot but I just finished uni and I feel so depressed. If you told me this is how I’d feel after such a gruelling course I would’ve said you’re crazy. I can’t get out of bed, I know I don’t miss the work per se but I feel so jobless. It isn’t even just about the normal anxieties you face after uni but I feel empty. Did you experience this at all? Am I alone?

The transition between university and 'adult life' can be turbulent and daunting; there's just so much you're adjusting too and decisions you're making. A little angst is normal, however I would definitely suggest seeking out a therapist to help you navigate this transition if you are feeling depressed.
