You looked amazing!!! I am a starter Eventer and I cannot with your riding, it is simply magnificent ❤❤❤🎉🎉 New sub 😊😊
Thank you so much!!
@@a.e.b.eventing of course! Hope you had fun at WEC!! 🩷
I think its interesting you want your horse to tap the fence 🤔 Horses learn from the release of pressure/or end of work, ending your warmup after they hit the fence could really teach your horse that was the answer, to hit the fence. If my horse hits the fence, I'll come around again and if they don't hit the fence, I'll end it and reward! They quickly learn hitting the fence doesn't end the exercise, being careful does. Horses are always looking to find what gets us to stop asking them something.
Just thought that was an interesting approach
I totally understand what you are saying. Benne can be a very lazy boy though. I’ve played around with a bunch of different techniques with him and have found that if he taps the jump, he is immediately like “oh no” and becomes much more aware and careful. This is when I like to go immediately into the ring because he’s more focused. He really is an incredible boy though. I’ve enjoyed every second getting to show him. I do understand what you’re saying though.
That place is so pretty! Well done
Thank you so much! WEC really is a beautiful facility.
Love it! Well done! I am going on Friday!
You’ll have a great time! It’s such an amazing facility. Good luck to you in your class!

Aww, thank you! You’re too kind. I’m definitely working hard at becoming a stronger rider, but it all takes time and a lot of practice. I’m so excited to hear that you’re going to become a fellow eventer! You will quickly see how most eventers have a heart of gold. We rally and support each other. I hope to run into you at future shows. Welcome to the eventing family! We’re happy to have you!
@@a.e.b.eventing this is the kindest thing I've ever heard from the equestrian community, I can't wait too watch more of your videos, idk if we'll run into each other as I'm Australian but that's ok 👍 thanks for this message your so mice

Do you live on the barn?!
When we are in Ocala we do. Our home is in Tennessee though.
How far do you live from WEC?!
We are local to WEC, which makes it easy to haul in. If you haven’t ever been there, I would definitely recommend checking it out. It’s so nice and a lot of fun, especially if you catch a Grand Prix.
@@a.e.b.eventing I really want to but I live 18 hours away but when I’m older, I’m going to bring my horses
@@Horse-20 Oh wow! Yeah, 18hrs would be quite the trek to make.
