I understand why many people don't like Mr. Sarri's playing style at Lazio this season. A true way of playing that lulls the audience to sleep even though they score an early lead and also has an advantage when the away team plays with fewer players 80 minutes but looking at Lazio's playing style, is there any effort to score more goals even though the score is only 1-0 😐
Who cares? A win is a win. Lazio even qualified for the 1/16 UCL. If Jose Mourinho could do the same for Roma then everybody would call it a miracle lol 😂
Without Sarri, I don't think Lazio would have finished in top 4 last season

Never was that a red card, and if it was, Lazio’s goal shouldn’t have stood. Player goes down because somebody lightly strokes him in the back? There should have been nobody left on the field after the first half, if that’s the standard. And it was an intervention by the video referee at that. Highly questionable, and it jus goes to show how much of Serie A is politics.

Goalkeeper would have taken the ball first, no red card for me.
That doesn't make any difference in the decision. The focus is on the defender who impedes the forwarder to run towards the ball in a very dangerous part of the field. Also, when the foul happens, there is no certainty that the goalkeeper would have successfully gotten the ball because he could have missed it for different reasons (i.e., if it slipped off his hands)

Please don't make me comment the ridiculous idea that the ball could slip off. With this concept every attack is an evident goal opportunity because all the defender could miss the ball or faint on the ground.
