Lol, narrow minded. You have to think bigger and take what a rep is saying to you. Hear what they say and rather than turn it around on the team member act like a leader. As a leader, to overcome excuses it’s about what can you do to help overcome excuses.. That’s a real leader does. They build their people. Sit down, work through the problem,, help them, teach them. That’s a leader.
