I mean if we are bringing the WHA into the conversation, you would also have to include the Ottawa Nationals, Michigan Stags/Baltimore Blades, the Denver Spurs/Ottawa Civics, Philadelphia Blazers, and the second incarnation of the Minnesota Fighting Saints. That league didn’t have too much stability. Lol!
@@Lets_Talk_About_Hockey but those teams weren't technically one season blunders. The Blazers(my favorite team) were a playoff team as were the Nationals. The others weren't awful. But the Golden Blades/Knights were God awful. I mean you know you're a train wreck when you change cities after 20 games. I guess you can include the Spurs/Civics who didn't even tell their players they were moving mid season and didn't even last a full season. LOL Good job on these videos BTW.
Should have kept the team in Ottawa. Imagine if the Senators would have stayed until the present? They would have a much bigger fan base and a lot of Stanley Cups!
I've been looking into the hockey history of Vegas before the Golden Knights, and it is something that would be interesting to cover. The issue is finding video and/or images of the early teams that set up there. I've found maybe three images for first two Vegas teams, and just a logo for one of the teams from the early '90's.
Greetings,(I love that).I tip my goalie mask to you young man. You're a hockey nut/lover to be revered. Can't wait for some in depth vid's on goalies and other topics.Just way cool bro..Your vid's remind me of that 9 inning baseball documentary.Great stuff.I hope more people see your work on this very special and unique sport. You deserve allot of credit.Excellent.God bless you and happy holidays/new year.
Mitchell Hill Seattle would be more probable. The reasoning behind a LV team was that it is in the west, and the western conference needs two more tas to match the east
When the pirates became the Quaker’s they no longer had a team captain and couldn’t check opponents into the boards
Awesome man.Great history.Great job.Don't know why no one else is here.
Not an NHL team but the NY Raiders/Golden Blades/Jersey Knights deserve a mention.

Always love this stuff.👍
Nothing new for me, but very interesting and well presented!
Keep up your great work!!!!
I would really like to do a collaboration with you. Maybe we can do the past 7 years in the NHL or hockey in Las Vegas before the Golden Knights.

0:04. Me????
Don't you find it ironic a bootleger used a front to (illegally) buy a hockey team called the "Quakers", lol
If Las Vegas were to fail after their first season, I see them moving to Atlanta.
*Quebec.

Atlanta is not going to get another shot at an NHL team for a long time
