    I’m loving the UV button.
    I got the aluminum version and i paired it with my UV hinge 2 for summer shoots.
    I’ll be hunting with the UV button

    Did you notice a difference in your anchor point, or draw length, since the neck on the UV Button is longer than the Nock 2 It?

    • @JustinHanna
      @JustinHanna  2 года назад +1

      Draw length was identical, I didn’t notice any difference there. I did notice a slight difference in anchor point but that is usually gonna change from release to release. I will probably end up getting a UV button for myself honestly. Once I get some more shots in with it I will adjust my setup as needed. ~Justin

    Great review, but how can you say it's the best release you've ever seen after 1 shot? is it really that good? That much better than Stan's or Carter's? No sarcasm intended. Looking at this myself and am curious if it's really that good.

    • @JustinHanna
      @JustinHanna  2 года назад

      Thank you for watching. No sarcasm taken, I completely understand your question. Now, after having a couple hundred shots through this release I can honestly say In my opinion it is better than any Carter I own. Im actually switching from the nock 2 it to this release. As far as Stan they make a solid release the only thing I like better about the UV button is how it feels in my hand. Don’t get me wrong the stan feels great but the UV wins there. One thing I have noticed that is also a plus for me is that the way they designed this release it is very hard to punch the trigger. It is also by far quieter than any other release I own. -Justin

    What is the weight of the release?

      Just put it on the scale and it was 3.1 oz. Thank you for watching

      The release is universal. Just have to change the post. Ultraview has info on their social media about setting it up that way. Thanks for watching.

    Awesome review, the way you grip the release really is affecting your accuracy

    • @JustinHanna
      @JustinHanna  2 года назад

      Thank you for watching. Yeah it’s a bad habit of mine I’m working through. Luckily it’s hasn’t affected my accuracy to much since I’m consistent. Hoping since this release fits me better it will be easier for me to correct my form.

    Hanna decides its the best release after 1 shot!
    How can you tell anything other than it works after 1 shot.
    Justin is more believable.
    I thought my Carter release was brilliant after 6 arrows. I now have a patch of hard skin on my finger after the blisters it's caused. So not as brilliant as I thought.
    I've switched to my Scott Sigma. Far more comfortable.

      @Northy I understand what you are saying. She was just really excited. This is her first high end release. She has tried some of the others I own & nothing has fit her hand good. This one fit her perfectly. She now has a couple hundred arrows through the release and is honestly more comfortable than ever shooting.
      I’m actually switching to the stainless version of the UV button myself. The Scott sigma is a fantastic release! Thank you for the comment & watching!

    I'm only gonna say one thing and it's just to encourage you and it's a good thing you look really good in your form but look at Krispy watch how he comes back to full draw brings the boat over anchors under his jaw watch him man and you'll see exactly how you need to draw that bow come right over to the jaw bone I'm working on all this myself that's really the only reason I say anything at all it's helped me tremendously that George riles which is Chris V and Koby Hanley's coach

      Thank you for the tips. I really do appreciate them & will be looking into what you mentioned. It is a goal of mine to become the best archer I can. I am starting Shot IQ soon to hopefully help with some of my target panic. Thank you for watching! ~Hanna

    The plastic release that came in the box is only to show the size and feel of UV releases.Do not draw a bow with it! It's not a training aid.

      @cjhd06 We are aware. Couldn’t think of what it was called at the start but we mention it’s just a try before you buy towards the end of the video. Thanks for watching.

    $300 for a release is a joke. I picked up a Scott Sigma on sale for under $150, probably won't ever buy another one.

      Thanks for watching! Glad you found you a solid release for a good price. The price is high but you get what you pay for, in my opinion. Again thank you for watching & good luck this year.

    You punched it. Not pulling thru the shot as it’s designed to be used. STOP PUNCHING!

    • @JustinHanna
      @JustinHanna  2 года назад +2

      That is something I’m working through right now. If only it was that easy to, STOP PUNCHING. Thanks for watching.

    • @timbow50

      @@JustinHanna easier than you think. Try blank bailing at 5 feet with the target level with you, not aiming down at a bag on the ground. Take your sight off the bow or cover it. Now, set the thumb with little to no travel and heavier than light on tension. Load an arrow and draw. Set the release where it goes on your face. Put thumb on the barrel lightly. Close your eyes so to feel the sequence. Now, pull and do not move thumb. You are not shooting at anything so your mind doesn’t have to work on anything but the shot sequence. Pull slow and hard until it fires. RUclips Josh Bowmar’s video on setting up a thumb to act like a hinge. You may have to dump that ridiculously large thumb barrel on that release in order to set it up like he shows in his video. This WILL work if you commit.
