African Djembe Team Building Workshop

Playing drums and percussion in a group greatly lifts people’s emotional spirit and sense of well-being. Everyone has a part to play, and everyone’s contribution influences the activity's success. Participants will be amazed at what can be achieved simply with the power of listening to and supporting each other. By the end of the event, participants will be laughing together, talking together, and feeling they have participated in something special! 😁
In the African Djembe Drum Circle, teams participate in a music ensemble using authentic West African ‘Djembe’ hand drums and recreate an authentic African village event where a whole community gathers as one in celebration.
The djembe has an incredible diversity of sounds. The edge of the drum has a high-pitched metallic sound. In contrast, the middle of the drum creates a deep, booming bass note. Creating these sounds is easy and highly invigorating and the drum is a joy to play with others in a team.
