When I first died, I was like "is this going to be like that one dude that give you free 5 levels in DS3?" but no it wasnt so.....yeah died many times for just dialog.
i looked for how to get to that area for hours and eventually randomly found it because of messages in front the wall, so stupid to lock an entire area behind a random wall
I've unfortunately been spoiled on the final boss, currently at the fog gate and too afraid to even attempt it despite thorough exploration and almost maxed scadutree.
@anitaremenarova6662 Understandable. I've seen some pretty demotivating spoilers myself. We can't allow the fear to hold us back, though. We've already gotten this far, and it can't be in vain.
Holy shit he has Orphan of Kos moves. I love how that guy fuses and unfuses with the horse so effortlessly(or sit on it, but it looks like they are fusing), tons of cool animations.
You do get the Fire Knight Greatsword from the Fire Knight in front of the elevator behind the Storehouse first floor site of grace and it's really powerful with the Fire Knight ashes of war. Also make sure to go back down the ladder where you thought you could walk on water xD
Fist weapons are just busted against PvE, basically no stamina cost so you can just keep attacking and win any damage race, even more so if you add status effects into the mix. Your build can compensate a lot for lack of skill in this game.
Also regarding important questlines, be sure to check up on all the NPCs before beating Messmer. Mainly Ansbach and at the place you first fought the greatsword fire guy, both after you've spoken to Leda.
As someone who just beat the dlc, all bosses and everything, and getting his ass beat by the final boss for 4 hours or so and 2 different larval tear re-rolls. I love coming to your channel and seeing you upload videos. It makes my day! I’m so happy you’re enjoying it and loving it as much as me and others. I beat messmer my second try with 17 hp and no heals left 😂
Can't wait to see how you go about dealing with Messmer. Love to watch you work and process how the bosses work. Far better than those out there who complain it's "too hard". Always enjoy watching your vids. Thanks for taking the time to entertain us 😊
One thing you missed at the ladder at 14:45 you can go underneath the bridge and down another ladder, there you'll find a painting and on one of those walls there is a hidden wall you can punch/roll into that leads into a new area where you can get some sick armor and weapon
Yeah for St. Trina no spoilers but it’s a little confusing, so imbide 3 more times then talk to throiler then go back to the flower and you can figure it out from there. Really enjoying the series keep up the great videos ❤
Beat this guy on my second try as well. My damage wasn't quite as good as yours but I love this fight regardless, one of the more underrated ones from the DLC I think.
myth make sure to do thiolliers quest (and every npc in general for something big later) and then keep dying to St Trina also the twinblade is outside the shadow keep you walked past it & a furnace golem on the side
I swear Myth made a binding vow to have god gamer skills in cost of his understanding of gravity in souls like games. •Also if you are unsure a fall would kill you, just throw a prism stone(different name in ER but forgot the name). If it breaks it means death, if it doesn't its safe to jump.
you can go for rakshasa armor set and great katana if you take that ladder and use the coffen to get to a cool optional dungeon . don miss it myth that katana is insane bleed base and awesome looking,
The poison/rot kick ash of war is actually great. It does like the same dmg of a stagger and riposte, and if you can poison fast you can keep doing it. So how good it is depends on how fast you can poison. Add the atk power on poisoning talisman and you're cooking
13:27 Radagon is the father of Messmer, as well as Melina (I think?), Malenia, and Miquella if this hasn’t been answered yet Radagon also had three children with Rennala: Ranni, Rykard and Radahn, and then Marika+Godfrey gave birth to Godwyn, Morgott and Mohg
the ashe of war works like this, first, the actual ashe of war applies scarlet rot but not very much but if used on a poisoned or rotted target it will remove the rot/poison and create a burst of damage like bleed or frostbite
Myth the lower level of the specimen storehouse has an elevator to a remembrance boss, also you should look for a way into the rafters of the storehouse, as they hide the path to yet another boss
If you go back and forth with ansbach and freyja you'll get a pretty big lore drop, I think it needs to be done before beating messmer though because the npcs move after that fight. You'll also get a pretty cool item from freyja
Mythy, u should carefully read the description of each weapon you get, since all weapons in the dlc are unique in some way (throwable, special attack, buffs with infusions…etc)
You can farm the whole armor and weapons from the fire knights. The greatsword is incredible, just farm it with silver feet and silver scarab, it will come quickly
the default skill on martial arts (palm blast) does insane damage and gives you hyperarmour while charging up try it, its way better than the ash of war you equipped
When you entered the Black Fortress and the rune broke you could've gone back and talked to all NPCs and they would have dialogue about this, specially Leda, she has a unique questline
If I saw a blue guy walk up to me, I wouldn't know whether to start up a Robbin Williams impression or break out into song "I'm blue, da ba dee, da ba die, da ba dee."
Tip about St. Trina, keep imbibing the nectar, you'll get dialogue starting on the 4th time, as well as the 5th and 6th.
I just kept speaking to her in case something happened I know fromsoft too well
and tell toilier in between
When I first died, I was like "is this going to be like that one dude that give you free 5 levels in DS3?" but no it wasnt so.....yeah died many times for just dialog.
@@niall7620u can tell him all at once after imbibing 6 times. That was my experience with it
@@DJDiaz369 ... but it's COOL dialogue.
14:46 myth there is a passage to a whole new area behind an illusionary wall
Really important he doesn’t miss this😂
i looked for how to get to that area for hours and eventually randomly found it because of messages in front the wall, so stupid to lock an entire area behind a random wall
It’s just a waterfall
14:47 this man actually found a secret passage way behind a waterfall that leads to a secret area, fell off the map and forgot about it 🤣
The path on the right at 14:48 is the only way to access the area with a remembrance boss
It does pay to read messages in places like this
Which boss?
@@RowletRissotoi’m probably late, but it leads to two different remembrance bosses. The Scadutree Avatar and Commander Gaius
Tip. Explore the part where you died on the "walkable water" at 14:47
Finished the DLC about an hour ago, so now I'm ready to watch Minky Man progress and discover things I undoubtedly missed.
Congrats, bro. I just got the final boss.
@@YhormtheGiant___ Its really awesome have fun!! :)

@@YhormtheGiant___ Agreed, I do kind of want to experience the fight before it gets hit with the inevitable nerf hammer.
Tell Thiollier (the man selling poison in the ravine) about St.Trina. He has a full questline with her.
Holy shit he has Orphan of Kos moves. I love how that guy fuses and unfuses with the horse so effortlessly(or sit on it, but it looks like they are fusing), tons of cool animations.
Maybe you can build up resistance to St Trina's nectar by drinking it multiple times? ;) Also someone might be very interested in St Trina's location
When you meet St Trina you need to take her nectar until it gives you dialouge, it should be four times
You do get the Fire Knight Greatsword from the Fire Knight in front of the elevator behind the Storehouse first floor site of grace and it's really powerful with the Fire Knight ashes of war. Also make sure to go back down the ladder where you thought you could walk on water xD
Remember to come back and talk to anabach he and Freya have a super cool quest with very important lore
You can farm the sword at that enemy at 16:00 it has a mix of 2 weapon attacks, you'll like it
The fist with cold on them are also really good! Ive had alot of fun with them, though you do sacrifice some damage
always set a time in the day for Mythymoo greatness
A tip for you. The ash of war for the fist is really amazing, it does insane damage, an dyou have straight-up infinite poise
you need to imbibe the trina nectar 4 times for something to happen
and then 2 times more
I wish Myth would occasionally pretend to struggle with bosses...so we could all feel better about ourselves. ; )
Fist weapons are just busted against PvE, basically no stamina cost so you can just keep attacking and win any damage race, even more so if you add status effects into the mix. Your build can compensate a lot for lack of skill in this game.
This boss is so underrated especially if you go to it early on.
i agree, also the blade and design kind of remind me of orphan of kos
@@amritmanhas2630was also thinking about OoK when i saw him for the first time
Yay! Was doomlooking through RUclips waiting for this

Awesome video again, I recommend looking around under the bridge by the first fire Knight, there's a sneaky wall that's well worth your time
6:53 ansbach questline be like
i really like the keep the fist in the off hand so i can use big or slow weapons and still have a rapid attacker
This gave me the same feeling I had while discovering and fighting Astel , it was such an amazing boss , and his weapon is dope
Thank you for the upload! Have been having a very rough day and been waiting for this to get a happy moment. Hopefully everyone is staying safe!
Myth saying "energy specimen, momentum" just flashes me back to that SMITE video...
This is a great playthrough. Really enjoying it! Keep it coming.
Myth that ladder with the `` walkable water`` has some good thing further! I hope you go back there
Man this series is just making this incredibly stressful period less stressful for at least a little while every day
The smithscript weapons are throwable with a strong attack! And the gravebird armor you found last episode boosts jump attacks!
Myth that ladder has a little area to the side you can go into with some interesting things if you hit one of the walls in the room
Beat this guy on my second try as well. My damage wasn't quite as good as yours but I love this fight regardless, one of the more underrated ones from the DLC I think.
The moveset is a tad too simple for a remembrance boss but it's a cool design.
Keep the videos coming big man i always watch em after i finish my hospital duty
the ancient meteoric ore greatsword is my favorite weapon in the game rn its aow is awesome. and it has some craazy roll catch potential in pvp
Myth you can get the Black knight Twinblades from a Knight at a camp left before the Shadow keep Entrance
myth make sure to do thiolliers quest (and every npc in general for something big later) and then keep dying to St Trina
also the twinblade is outside the shadow keep you walked past it & a furnace golem on the side

The one time there's a great secret behind a waterfall u just jump to death on deep water and never return lol. Oh the irony
The return of punch a bird from the heart Gold randomizer, what a classic
mythymankis you missed the black knight twinblade, it's up the hill in the camp before shadow keep.
Myth you HAVE to give palm strike a try on the hand to hand gloves. The damage is absolutley crazy
Myth the lower level of the specimen storehouse has an elevator to a remembrance boss, also you should look for a way into the rafters of the storehouse, as they hide the path to yet another boss
Is it behind the obviously fake bookshelf or somewhere else?
If you go back and forth with ansbach and freyja you'll get a pretty big lore drop, I think it needs to be done before beating messmer though because the npcs move after that fight. You'll also get a pretty cool item from freyja
Myth, you can get the Fire Knight Greatsword from that first Fire Knight. :) It's a colossal, but it's got a short chain of slightly faster attacks...
I love watching Minkyman destroy a boss that took me 4 hours to beat first try.
Also 14:47 might be worth going back to.
Hey myth, Did you know the veterans prosthesis has a follow up attack if you press the left trigger again?
Oh hey, alot of this looks awfully familiar, getting flash backs of fighting the orphan in bloodborn
Most entertaining Elden Rings videos hands down:) keep it up
With St.trista you do get something if you imbibe with her multiple times (apologies if this classified as a spoiler)
This boss development name is "something gloam eyed queen knight", making it kinda a used cut content.
Ah I mentioned that not realizing somehow else had already mentioned it
The cooler looking graveyard armor boosts jump attacks btw
Gravebird*
Mythy, u should carefully read the description of each weapon you get, since all weapons in the dlc are unique in some way (throwable, special attack, buffs with infusions…etc)
Bro I love your content. Looking forward to your videos every single day
For St. Trina try progressing Thiollier's quest line and keep drinking the nectar.
You can farm the whole armor and weapons from the fire knights. The greatsword is incredible, just farm it with silver feet and silver scarab, it will come quickly
Wish I found these weapons earlier in the game got them in the end made a frost build out of it it's sick
Mythman I think you'll enjoy the Dryleaf Whirlwind AoW on the hands
16:07 you can get from that guy his sword
Furnace pot the armored wicker man already… and give that cipher about lords and vessels to ansbach
never in my life did I expect to hear energy specimen momentum again. also, drink that sweet trina nectar 6 times
So that boss arena is literally just Darkeater Midir's arena/that place in the intro to DS1, right?
The hands between🗣️🔥🔥
you should try trinking st trinas nectar a few times and theres a whole quest to it with some certain poison guy
There is a whole questline involving Thiolier, St Trina and Moore. If you die to St Trina long enough you'll trigger things
I've gotten the entire fire guy set you were farming from the same guy, it just takes a bit
the default skill on martial arts (palm blast) does insane damage and gives you hyperarmour while charging up
try it, its way better than the ash of war you equipped
Disagreed, all the fist weapons including martial arts lack range. That ash can provide.
Holy shit, the way that enemy at 13:21 falls is so fucking funny.
There's a cave you might want to look for in Moorth Ruins!
ayy love your vids man, looking forward to see more!
You know, the ash of war for the Dryleaf is actually amazing you got Hyper Armor and it does tons of damage
I’m really surprised you haven’t tried the great katana it has a really good move set and you usually like the katanas
When you entered the Black Fortress and the rune broke you could've gone back and talked to all NPCs and they would have dialogue about this, specially Leda, she has a unique questline
This DLC really beats your ass if you don't do NPC questlines lol
With this weapons and the red cape its literally a Dante cosplay 😂😂
MITHY, the water man... crawl back into the water (that staircase with "walkable" water leads to a new area)
"when do I punish??" thats the neat part about this dlc, you dont
the cliffhanger ending-
minkymusk daily uploads make my nose crinkle up
Try the hammer from the furnace dungeons. You can trow it
Another great video from MythyMoo. 😎👍
Damn Myth makes all these bosses seem easy😂 this outfit is fire indeed the drip set for sure🔥💯
17:07 that's a whale
Most of my deaths to the Putrescent Knight had nothing to do with its difficulty and everything to do with me having Orphan of Kos PTSD
There is another cool great katana the part where you use the ladder
If I saw a blue guy walk up to me, I wouldn't know whether to start up a Robbin Williams impression or break out into song "I'm blue, da ba dee, da ba die, da ba dee."
You missed a secret in the fissue coffin area before the Rock things that shoot magic
Also when you tried to walk on water in shadow keep lmao you missed another big secret
Fist weapons were my main for like half of the dlc add ice then fire then ice
"surely this isn't a boss fight"
there is a summon sign marker, a stake of marika, and a grace... as if they weren't being obvious enough. lol
There is still a Coffin in the game still. A real coffin.
most things get poisoned very fast with fists and the kick ash of war deletes the poison status effect for massive damage
Pretty sure this one doesn't delete anything.
everytime I used it they stopped ticking poison damage
How the hell did he drop SO MUCH HATS?
He does not drops ONLY the hat and the chance is still very low!
