You are doing great job ....but i think you didnt make any point clear ....you could have at least translated the meaning of surah maryam to them !!! And also tell similarities between islam and Christianity ....If you could have given dawah more conviently ,it could have been worked ,,,,they were good human beings, they just needed a reasonable explaination ...you were making them hear quran ( which is good ) but without translation they will get nothing ...Try to improve your way of giving dawah and also telling people straight on their face that they will go to hell while giving dawah isnt correct , first try every method to make your point sound good and reasonable ...i mean no hate , May Allah give you a good way to give dawah

And also tell similarities between islam and Christianity ....If you could have given dawah more conviently ,it could have been worked ,,,,they were good human beings, they just needed a reasonable explaination ...you were making them hear quran ( which is good ) but without translation they will get nothing ...Try to improve your way of giving dawah and also telling people straight on their face that they will go to hell while giving dawah isnt correct , first try every method to make your point sound good and reasonable ...i mean no hate , May Allah give you a good way to give dawah

Please, translate the Holy Quran for them after reciting, so that they will understand it and it would be an effective method for inviting people. Even someone who was born a Muslim when they don't understand the meaning of the Quran, they don't realize the worth of Islam .
