The one thing that really sticks out to me in all these unpacking boxes, is not only is Violet going to be well dressed, but also the kindness in humanity. Life can be heavy at times but there is still good in the world. Lauren I'm so grateful for all the people who have loved on your family.

💜Hi Lauren, you mentioned that you hope that little Violet doesn't hate the color purple. I don't think she will. My favorite color is purple. I have a picture of me when I was 1 year old holding a big stuffed purple bunny for Easter. I don't know if that had anything to do with it or not. My birthstone is also purple (Feb.) I love all shades of purple, hopefully she will too. Thank you for sharing your life as busy as you are. 💜 🤗 🤟

Violet is beautiful! Sometimes when you’re watching a family on social media, you have this expectation that when you see them on videos, all will be fine. Bringing a baby home under the best of circumstances is hard. It’s such an adjustment for the whole family. I’m sure Everette has had some tough days. Being the baby for 6 years, and now a new baby, and it’s a girl. He is a sweet boy, I know they all love her, but it’s not easy. Mom is not like she usually is, dad isn’t either. It’s certainly not on purpose, it’s just life, when big, hard things come in, and disrupt the normal routine.
So I know some people expect you to be all better, back to Costco shopping Lauren. But more than anyone in the family, your heart still aches for what you thought it was going to be. Two girls. The hurt is real, it’s a struggle everyday. A lot of which you deal with quietly. In the hours when you’re alone, nursing Violet, while thinking of Maggie too. Sometimes in the darkest of moments, Jesus sends His grace in maybe an unusual way, in the stillness, you hear or sense that small voice smothered in His presence and Grace. He has Maggie with Him, can you imagine the Savior of the World is holding your beautiful baby girl. Jesus wants to give you the strength to take care of Violet earth side. His mercies are new every morning. His grace is sufficient. I just wanted to encourage you , that I know when I see you that your heart is broken and hurting, at the same time overflowing with love that only a mother knows, for Violet. I’ve never lost a baby, thank God. I cannot imagine how hard that pain is. Then to find some energy for 4 boys and a husband too. Jesus loves you more than anyone in this whole world! I think of you often and pray for you and the family. May God give you exactly what you need every hour physically, mentally and emotionally and spiritually. Love to you!

I love watching your channel. My kids are grown with kids of their own. Our home is too quiet now, but watching your channel reminds me of how hectic, fun, stressful, and busy it once was. Enjoy every moment because you will blink and find the kids will be grown. I now plan every vacation to go visit our grandbabies. It's hard with everyone spread out so far away, but we make it work.

Wow, I can't believe you are still getting packages! I love the hand crocheted hats and blankets. How blessed you are! You'll have a lot of baby items to pass off to others as little Violet grows! Love all the cute little outfits. Be thankful she's still so small, they grow so fast and you have a "prolonged growth time" with little Violet to put her in "her wardrobe"!
