    sir i have one doubt actually past perfect continous tense usually using the s+was/were+v1+ing+obj but here you are used they were selected why are you not using they have selected i am eagerly waiting your answer please reply quickely your lesson is very good

      *Past Continuous Tense:*
      Subject + was / were + V1 + ing + extra words.
      *Past Perfect Continuous Tense:*
      Subject + had been + V1 + ing + extra words.
      *Present Perfect Tense:*
      Subject + have / has + V3 + extra words.
      They have selected. It is *Present Perfect Tense:*
      They were selected. It is *Passive Voice in Simple Past Tense.*

      *Present Perfect Tense (Active Voice):*
      Ex: They have selected the manager.
      వారు మేనేజర్‌ను ఎంచుకున్నారు.
      Here Sub = They, Verb = select, obj = manager
      *Simple Past Tense (Passive Voice):*
      Ex: They were selected by the manager.
      వారు మేనేజర్ చేత ఎంపిక చేయబడ్డారు.
      (OR)
      వారిని మేనేజర్ ఎంపిక చేశారు.
      Here sub = manager, verb = select, obj = they

      When will we use *have / has / had* ?
      Ans:
      1a). *Possession (స్వాధీనం లేదా కలిగిఉండడం):*
      *ప్రస్తుతం ఏదైనా (వస్తువును లేదా వస్తువులను లేదా మరేదైనా) కలిగి ఉంటే have లేదా has వాడుతారు.*
      Ex1. I have a car. నాకు కారు ఉంది.
      Ex2. I have friends. నాకు స్నేహితులున్నారు.
      Ex3. We have some doubts. మాకు కొన్ని సందేహాలు ఉన్నాయి.
      Ex4. You have patriotism. నీకు / మీకు దేశభక్తి ఉంది.
      Ex5. They have jobs. వాళ్లకు ఉద్యోగాలు ఉన్నాయి.
      Ex6. He has an institute. అతనికి ఇనిస్టిట్యూట్ ఉంది.
      Ex7. She has a necklace. ఆమెకు హారము (నెక్లెస్) ఉంది.
      Ex8. It(chair) has four legs. దీనికి / దానికి నాలుగు కాళ్లు ఉన్నాయి.
      Ex9. Hari has two brothers and one sister. హరికి ఇద్దరు సోదరులు మరియు ఒక సోదరి ఉన్నారు. ( Hari = Third person singular)
      Ex10. Children have a uniform. పిల్లలకు యూనిఫామ్ ఉంది. (Children = Third person plural)
      Note: *I, We, You, They, Third person plural ⇒ **_have_*
      *He, She, It, Third person singular ⇒ **_has_*
      1b). *ప్రస్తుతం ఏదైనా (వస్తువును లేదా వస్తువులను లేదా మరేదైనా) కలిగి ఉండకపోతే don't have లేదా doesn't have వాడుతారు.*
      Ex1. I have no confidence in you. (or) I don't have confidence in you. నీ మీద నాకు నమ్మకం లేదు.
      Ex2. You have no right to ask me. (or) You don't have right to ask me. నన్ను అడిగే హక్కు నీకు లేదు.
      Ex3. They have no jobs. (or) They don't have jobs. వాళ్లకు ఉద్యోగాలు లేవు.
      Ex4. She has no necklace. (or) She doesn't have a necklace. ఆమెకు హారము లేదు.
      Note: *I, We, You, They, Third person plural ⇒ **_don't have_*
      *He, She, It, Third person singular ⇒ **_doesn't have_*
      1c). *గతంలో ఏదైనా (వస్తువును లేదా వస్తువులను లేదా మరేదైనా) కలిగి ఉంటే had వాడుతారు.*
      Ex1. I had a bicycle in 1998. (bicycle : సైకిల్)
      Ex2. She had a ring last year. (ring : ఉంగరం)
      Note: *I, We, You, They, He, She, It, Third person singular, Third person plural ⇒ **_had_*
      1d). *గతంలో ఏదైనా (వస్తువును లేదా వస్తువులను లేదా మరేదైనా) కలిగి ఉండకపోతే didn't have వాడుతారు.*
      Ex1. I didn't have a bicycle in 1998.
      Ex2. She didn't have a ring last year.
      Note: *I, We, You, They, He, She, It, Third person singular, Third person plural ⇒ **_didn't have_*
      2a). *ఇప్పుడే లేదా ఈ మధ్యనే పూర్తి అయిన పనులను లేదా విషయాలను తెలియచేయడానికి have / has వాడుతారు. అనగా ఇది **_Present Perfect Tense_** ను సూచిస్తుంది.*
      Ex1. I have learned / learnt many things from you.
      నేను మీ నుండి చాలా విషయాలు నేర్చుకున్నాను.
      Ex2. You have misunderstood me.
      మీరు నన్ను తప్పుగా అర్థం చేసుకున్నారు. / నీవు నన్ను తప్పుగా అర్థం చేసుకున్నావు.
      Ex3. He has got a telegram from his father. అతనికి తన తండ్రి నుండి ఒక టెలిగ్రామ్ వచ్చింది.
      Ex4. She has done a lot of work today.
      ఆమె ఈరోజు చాలా పనిని చేసింది.
      2b). *గతంలో జరిగిన రెండు పనులలో ముందుగా జరిగిన పనిని తెలియచేయడానికి had వాడుతారు. అనగా ఇది **_Past Perfect Tense_** ను సూచిస్తుంది. దీనితోపాటు **_Simple Past Tense_** ను వాడుతారు. అనగా ముందుగా జరిగిన పనిని **_Past Perfect Tense_** లో, తర్వాత జరిగిన పనిని **_Simple PastTense_** లో తెలియజేయాలి.*
      Ex1. She came after he had gone. అతను వెళ్ళినాక ఆమె వచ్చింది.
      Ex2. The train had left when I reached the station. నేను స్టేషన్ కి వెళ్ళేసరికి రైలు వెళ్ళిపోయింది.
      3) *పని చేయించు సందర్భంలో వాడుతారు.*
      Ex1. I have my clothes washed. (or) I get my clothes washed.
      నేను నా బట్టలు ఉతికించుకుంటాను.
      Ex2. I have my TV repaired.
      నేను నా TV బాగు చేయించుకుంటాను.
      Ex3. Krishna has his watch repaired.
      కృష్ణ తన గడియారం బాగు చేయించుకుంటాడు.
      Ex4. I had my car serviced.
      నేను నా కారును సర్వీసు చేయించాను.
      Ex5. Ravi had his hair cut.
      రవి క్రాపు (క్షవరం) చేయించుకున్నాడు.
      4). *Combination (కలయిక):*
      Ex: will have, will have been, have been, has been, had been, have been to, has been to.
