I don’t think his wrist darts were really that necessary in Knight bc of the fear takedown ability, making him really mobile and much easier to take down enemies in predator encounters unlike AC where he has to use every gadgets as possible due to gameplay limitations and having to take down thugs more strategically. Plus the detective vision is much better than the night vision.
@@silentknight23 Detective vision I don't mind. But the absence of Wrist darts take away a huge part of variety with Nightwing since without them, he's completely reliant on Fear Takedowns to clear rooms quickly. Especially when keeping the wrist darts allows Nightwing to take down enemies silently from a distance, and with the new predator enemy types, can add serious decision making, such as deciding whether to wrist dart a minigunner, taking down a huge threat whilst sacrficing a dart that could've been used to take down a medic before the guards are alerted to your presence.
Also it would make Nightwing unique in that he's the ONLY character who can take down a minigunner silently. It's also his only unique gadget, as the ex sticks are basically just worse batarangs and the electric shockwave isn't that useful with the constant invisible walls meant to protect enemies from getting launched off the edge.

@@rachelwest5822 Funny thing is that Batgirl and Nightwing perfectly balance each other for the dual play setting. Batgirl has the remote hacking device and explosive gel while Nightwing has the voice gadget. Nightwing can use fear takedowns but Batgirl can only use double takedowns but infinitely so there'd be reason to switch between them constantly.
@@rachelwest5822 actually, I think it would be more interesting if Catwoman and Harley were paired together as a shout out to Gotham Sirens. Harley has no means of being silent, but Catwoman does and has more ways to take advantage of the environment, so they’d perfectly balance each other.

Yeah. Nightwing AK sucks. Seriously. His wrist darts were EASILY my favorite of his gadgets in AC. Funny how my most viewed video features him though.
Honestly Nightwing AK I only use if I'm going for a really aggressive playstyle since enemies in AK don't have pinpoint accuracy like in AC.
