If you actually look into the story and watch the documentary Dan wasn’t accused of physically abusing the child staff only verbally he used to yell at them and talk a bunch of crazy shit. Nickelodeon only fired him in 2018 due to misgendering someone. Also in the documentary it does mention 2 staff guys (Brian Peck and Ezel Chanell) who were touching on them the promo just made it seem that it was Dan
