【Project Zomboid】Can I escape from this hellhole (Extraction Mod)

Context:
This is my personal runthrough/attempt on trying out the Wolf Extraction Quest mod. Needless to say, there are some things I feel the Internet would want to know if you are (somehow) interested in watching this stream/VOD.
General Settings:
1) My playthrough is modded, very modded. So this is NOT on Vanilla playthrough/difficulty. I might post the modlist in the future, because frankly I.... have never done that before.
2) There is no infection enabled. Instead, 15% of all zeds are sprinters with 30% reduced sprint speed. Personally, i dislike how 1 hit can lead to the end of a run, and I have played like 200 hours on this setting before finally realising, sprinters without infection is alot scarier than 1 bite.
3) My character has pretty much no flaws. All perks are positive. I know some people might dislike this sort of thing, but i always found it funny how your character has to be a disabled, mentally impaired sociopath just so your character can carry 2 more weight and hit zombies as hard as Mike Tyson.
