You need to report and file a complaint against that nurse if they're responsible for the false report. Anonymity is not available to people that make claims like that. If that nurse is doing you 2 that way then imagine how many other homes they've tried to wreck. One of my close friend had this happen and the "violator" turned out to be serious substance abuser. I pray for you both!
