@@incanada83 It might be an old video, it’s new to me: the Magic of RUclips…. ;)) Still don’t see why he chooses to sand it by hand. Only possible that I can think of right now, is that using the rotary tool to sand could be ‘too aggressive’, but even then it’s a matter of being careful and using the right grit (at least 180-200) It might seem like too much of a tiny issue to be thinking about, but I have pretty severe osteoarthritis in my hands, so I absolutely prefer to use my Dremel over sanding by hand. However: I don’t want to ruin my project of course, so if there’s a reason for sanding by hand, it would be nice to know so.
