its okay to post whenever you want, you shouldn’t compare yourself with other youtubers. its okay if they are able post a video everyday and you couldnt. as long as you’re happy with the videos you put out and you are happy doing it. we love your content nonetheless, and we just want you to be happy and healthy physically and mentally!
For your Monstera plant, it looks like your overwatering it. You can fix it with adding handful of perlite or gravel to the soil so that it dries quickly and reduces the amount of times your watering it. Or add some draining holes to the bottom of your pot. :)
Your feelings are valid and it's normal to feel that way! You can post at the pace you want and it's very refreshing how open and real you are ! Also love the new hair, looks so good on you 💕

Hey oanh, hope u feeling better now. About your monstera, if the dried out spots are brownish it could be sick. My monstera was neglected and got varmints, if you see tiny little insects on your leafs, than the possibility that they suck the "life" out of your leaf is quite high. They do feel quite comfortable with dry environments. So I actually don't think you have that issue. As you are probably wiping the leafs frequently. You can even spray water on the leafs, they do enjoy that humid air. They are not big fan of direct sunlight though. Maybe those spots are burns.
Inspect the issue and than you can find solutions for it. I had to go and buy stuff to kill off my lifesuckers lol

As soon as you said you were going to the gym I was so hyped for you. Like naturally you already have such a pretty frame so it's only going to look even better now! and same I've tried like 6 brands of protein they all taste so bad -^- I suggest playing around with adding things into them before blending that's been the only way I've survived.
