Pur bhora mishti kumro patar bora (পুর ভরা মিষ্টি কুমড়ো পাতার বড়া) is a delicious Bengali style pumpkin leaves fritters. Steamed rice (Gorom bhaat), ghee and kumro patar bora will just make a heavenly combination as any Bengali meal. On a rainy day, this will also go very well as evening snacks.
This recipe is basically tender pumpkin leaves stuffed with spicy mustard paste, dipped into batter and fried into crispy golden brown from outside and soft juicy inside.
