- Batchoy is a noodle soup, can be a miki (egg noodles) or misua (chinese vermicelli), made with pork offal or just pork meat and pork blood.
They called it LA PAZ BATCHOY because it is originated from the district of LA PAZ, ILOILO City in the Philippines.
If you haven't try this, just try and it's just a bit taste of tinola, because of the ginger, garlic and onion.
And, you can add leafy vegetables like sili leaves, green onions or leeks or even cilantro.
