The Bodywork Begins - MK4 Golf Anniversary Show Car Transformation Series

- In this video the bodywork begins on our MK4 Golf GTi Anniversary for it's big show car transformation. This time we begin tackling all the dents on the main shell of the car, using light skims of filler to rectify them. All the hard to prep area's are prepared by hand and all the flat panels are sanded using a DA sander. After this prep work is done the car is rolled into the booth and the epoxy primer is applied.

Since this is the Anniversary model with serial number it will not make sense to go with anything else than LC9Z

It saddens me to see you guys not wearing a face mask when sanding that clearcoat... just saying...
We use extraction, much cleaner and less risk to health opposed to just wearing a mask 😷 . Wouldn’t sand without an extractor to be honest.
