I know you'll have an amazing time in Barcelona! I spent 3 months living in France in 2019 and it was by far the greatest experience I've ever had. I went in with the same concerns as you, but I came out with amazing friends and although my French was not amazing at the start it got easier and easier as the weeks went by.
I hope you have an amazing time and I'm looking forward to seeing your adventures!

Have fun man! I just got back from studying abroad in Chile. I also studied abroad in Spain for 5 months in 2018.. you’re going to LOVE it! As for daily vlogging, I think you should focus on 2-3 vlogs per week. When you’re studying abroad you want to really immerse yourself in the country and culture (instead of staying inside and editing). It’s important to be out and soaking life up to its fullest, time goes by too quick to waste even a second. This is an opportunity of a lifetime, live it up Elliot!

It'll be lots of fun! I met some of my closest friends through my semester abroad. I also had lots of great stories from my backpacking trip in 10+ countries after the semester. It was "life changing".

I traveled to Spain for a couple weeks last summer, and Barcelona was definitely one of my favorite cities. I would go back there in a heartbeat if I had the chance. I think you'll absolutely love Spain and I'm super excited to see your vlogs there!

I know what it feels like, but Im very sure you will like your time being abroad! For me it was 6 months Bali and Bangkok. Was super nervous at first, because I was leaving my friends and family behind. I made a lot of new friends over there and got to experience different cultures over there. Now im back home again and I miss it so much, so make sure you enjoy every second of it because before you know you are sitting in the plane back home already! Can't wait to see the vlogs over there. Buena suerte a Barcelona amigo!
