Hike through the Eduardo Ruiz National Park in Uruapan. It's a very beautiful park with great waterfalls.
Barranca Del Cupatitzio National Park (also known as “Eduardo Ruiz” National Park) centered around the headwaters of the Cupatitzio River (dubbed "the river that sings"). The river rises from an underground spring and carves a small gorge as the water begins to flow. The park is known for its abundant streams and springs, many of which cascade down the sides of the gorge to form small waterfalls.
Inside, there are several walking paths near the river, and a number of artificial fountains built on the sides of the gorge to take advantage of the natural water flows. The park attracts tens of thousands of visitors each year.
