Very nice! Use the paddle shifter. The issue with bounce is because you have issue with coilovers on your car or your dampers are going bad. Bounciness usually means the damper rebound rate is ineffective to control the energy generated by the springs. The OEM dampers/springs on RCF are actually over-damped. That means, the OEM damper have very strong rebound rate where there is a very short compression stroke followed by a quiik rebound. Compared to my IS350 F-Sport (2019) with AVS, RCF feels really overdamped where on the same exact bump, the IS350 F-Sport goes bouncy, the RCF stomps over it like a solid rock that is felt in the back, but no bounce. I believe, you mentioned they are G37S coilovers. They were not designed for the RCF so they are a total mismatch for your car. You would need to put the right coilovers on the car with proper matching spring rates and damper compression/rebound rate that are more for a high performance car like RCF. Hope that helps. Cheers!
Thanks for your insight as always, bro! This all makes sense! Except I never ran my G37 coils on my RCF 😅. I ran the same coil brand, but specifically for the RCF. After they blew, then I switched over to BC racing coils specifically made for the RCF. That’s why i’m think there’s nooo way that the BC racing coils blew too 😭😅
@@Mr_Odog OK, I see. I have heard BC coilovers are not great. Penske and Ohlins are the top two brands, but probably cost a lot more. You should get your coilovers checked. My statement about bounciness is still valid as it is a sign that the car is under-damped. The dampers don't deal well with the sudden energy generated by the upwards/downwards motion of the springs and struggle to control the spring. Maybe, they need to be adjusted and also they can make sure the dampers are not blown. You might have to check. Thanks for the clarification
lol, there wasn’t any disrespect in the video 😂 and I unfortunately don’t control what kids watch (i’ve also named that this channel isn’t for young kids) Parents should.
Around $1,200. Also, that shop is just trying to rob you. It also shouldn’t take 20hrs of labor also. It is really labor intensive, but it should take 20hrs. Where are you located?
Fire video man, im just this much closer to my own RCF
Thank you, bro! Let me know when you get yours, bro! Can’t wait!
Keep that passion going man! Love the level you brought your F to.
Thank you, bro!!! 🤟🏾🙏🏾

Do you know what length you chose for your front lip? I know they’re universal but I’m not sure if our cars need 78” or 80” +
I didn’t choose a length. I just chose a standard 3 piece front lip. But the current lip I am running is a 1 piece Maxton Design front lip

How much did it cost to get the headers installed? Some shop quoted me 20 hours of labor for like $2500… fuc that.
