Aye its brilliant sport. Those hill loch trout are stong. Wee perch made an appearence aswel. And theres big suprises in those wee waters thats for sure. Thanks Nicolas. Really appreciate it mg friend👍🙏
@@NicolasValentinScotland the walkin is as big a part as the fishing. Getting to take in the scenery and landscape around you. Scotland is a beautiful country, we have a few really good destinations planned for this season and im going to focus on where i am just as much as the fishing👍
Glad to hear it pal. Take it from me, when theres a decent ripple its the only way to go. Glad your gettin the success with them. Much appreciated Robert👍🙏
Class to see you fishing this place, id been told from a local about one of those wee lochs being good but thought it might still be a wee bit early yet for it, might give one a go soon 👍
The action was non stop up there pal. And there was some really decent trout showin in 1 particular loch. Well above average. Il definitely be back up there thats for sure. Thanks lad. Much appreciated👍
All 3 of them are absolutely full of trout pal. And some really decent trout. Dont get me wrong, alot of 1/2lbers there, but there is decent trout in them. Cheers lad, much appreciated🙏
Today was a tough day pal. Bright sunshine and an east wind. Tough conditions for any man. So dont let that put you off. Bubble and fly would be a great method to get you started. Or a worm under the bubble. The fly will always hack up. And also a wee size 0 or size 1 mepp is lethal for the brownies no matter where you go. Stick at it. Itl all come together. Anything else i can help with dont hesitate to ask👍
Im good pal, workin family and fishin. Aye il keep them comin anyway thats for sure. Ive a few great destinations planned this season. So fingers crossed theyl be plenty more to come. Cheers lad👍
Great Stuff! Challenge for you is to catch a trout from Fyn loch - I have fished it 3 times and only ever caught...would you believe small roach/dace type thingys, I reckon a pike fisher tipped his live bait in it some years ago and the wiped out the wild browns, the Black Lynn is full of fish about half lb mark. New Sub 👍
I was talkin to a man who works for scottish water and he reckons fyn loch has loads of big trout in it. When i was fishin black linn there was some really decent trout feedin on sedge. Was brilliant to watch. Im definitely goin to fish those again on a summers evenin with the dry fly. Thanks very much pal. Greatly appreciated🙏
He was prolly just trying to keep people off the other waters! LOL - it's pretty barren up there...much more insect life around the forested areas but if I'd be interested to see how you get on if you give it a go - Good Luck, Dave...👍
Cracking video Paul, I used to fish the Humphrey when I was a lad, are those wee lochs ran by a club ? Or is it turn up and wet yer fly 😀 they definitely look worth a wee day out. Really enjoy your videos mate 👍
