The first thing the description of that video about air pods said when Mutahar clicked "see more" is "Please do your own research" & then something about "validity". If someone does a video vouching for a site but puts a disclaimer in the description telling you to do your own research but hides it under "see more", they're trying to scam you & shirk responsibility for the consequences.

The funniest part about influencers saying "Not financial advice," is that it literally means nothing. Zero, unless they are a registered financial advisor. It won't help them in court. The reason why financial advisors say that to begin with is because they can be liable for the outcomes of their customers' decisions. Like, if I was a FA and someone came up asking me if I should buy XRP, if I gave them an answer and they acted on that answer, then I would be liable in court, UNLESS I told them specifically, "this isn't financial advice." Influencers are not financial advisors. Them putting that in their tweets is just meaningless and pointless. It adds no transparency, nothing. They're still shilling a scam coin and if the SEC ever gets the man-power to come down on them, boy, are they gonna be in some pretty deep shit.
It's the exact same reason why lawyers talking about law also say that this is not advice. They can be easily held accountable. But normal people don't have to disclaim anything, and those disclaimers for normal people have as much power as saying "I'm not racist but..." It just means nothing at all. There can be made argument that they were trying to disclaim it's not an advice, but at the same time argument that them having audience automatically puts them in a public position, disclaimers or not can be made just as easily.
Lol “we are fundraiser for kids yes yes, we contribute money to kids yes. How much? Like 1% of 1%. Haha we keep most but we still give small penny to child so they can one day get small hamburger for $2.95”
"1% of the 3% tax" is what they said gets donated. Quick math time: On a transaction of say a million dollars, those 3% tax amount to 30000 dollars. And then 1% of those 30000 dollars, or 300 dollars, get donated to charity. Question: What happens to the remaining money that doesn't or wouldn't get donated?

This clownshow will never change, until people start suing all these top tier influencers nothing might be done to stop it. And then theres people who keep defending these clowns no matter what
I just wanted to bring up also I found so many occurrences of these things online; for example, there was a loot box scam site that was targeted towards kids, and SO many minors were asking 'how do I buy?' and I genuinely pleaded with them. I got ignored only to be blocked by the account and told to shut up by a naive kid. This new generation of 'hustle culture' genuinely pains me, and it's evident that these scum will sell their soul for a quick buck. The influencers are soulless, and I REALLY pray that the courts make an example out of someone. I also checked out their Twitter, and people are still kissing their feet; it's unimaginable and embarrassing as a whole.
It's important to note that Save the Children does not support this charity. Everything made in this pump n' dump scheme is nothing short of copyright infringement. I'm stating this because many people are worried that they will have to stop supporting the charity, this is not necessarily the case. :)

Having Ricegum's face on any product is a red flag in and of itself.
The funniest part about influencers saying "Not financial advice," is that it literally means nothing. Zero, unless they are a registered financial advisor. It won't help them in court.
The reason why financial advisors say that to begin with is because they can be liable for the outcomes of their customers' decisions. Like, if I was a FA and someone came up asking me if I should buy XRP, if I gave them an answer and they acted on that answer, then I would be liable in court, UNLESS I told them specifically, "this isn't financial advice."
Influencers are not financial advisors.
But normal people don't have to disclaim anything, and those disclaimers for normal people have as much power as saying "I'm not racist but..."
It just means nothing at all.

Quick math time:
On a transaction of say a million dollars, those 3% tax amount to 30000 dollars. And then 1% of those 30000 dollars, or 300 dollars, get donated to charity.
Question: What happens to the remaining money that doesn't or wouldn't get donated?
They take it cuz they are money hungry
