No that game is filled with bad level design. It’s not skill Issue it’s TORTURE!! The good thing is that there is Little Difference when playing between Mega Man or Bass compared to in Mega Man X4.
Glad to see you got around to doing the sequel too! It’s definitely a game I feel like revisiting at some point since I got a fancy everdrive for my sharp twin Famicom from Japan. I also got a capture card so maybe I could upload some gameplay :)
fun fact. canonically, the bubbles that bubble man creates are made of sulfuric acid. also. he's incredibly sluggish on land due to a flaw in his design. Wily Knows this, and could fix it. but he finds it too funny to fix.

If I'm correct the sound name is conchetumare and the meme is Kirby falling down a pit from the anime but I'm not sure why I find it funny either but it's a household name sound effect on the channel lol
