I know you're literally just posting regular runs, but as a complete noob, all the strats here blew my mind. The skill rotation of using mika first then buffers to cycle better. The way of not using himari or ako all the time in the 1st phase to cycle mika faster. And all this with only 3 star double ui. I always wondered why my ui always die while the people on the leaderboard dont. Turns out the answer was just beating hod faster.
Trying to kill HOD faster definitely helps. But part of it is to make sure they're geared up properly. As for doing Mika first then buff with Ako/Himari, it's not about better cycling but timing due to Himari's buff duration. If she's UE40 and maxed 3rd skill that increases buff duration, you can cast Mika's EX twice before the buff runs out. But that's only if your Himari is UE40 and 3rd skill is maxed. Otherwise, it's just better to buff first then use Mika.

Got it done with S.Chise on first try! :D Almost failed it, either because I applied the Ako buff not fast enough, or Mika missed/didn't crit - but I simply went along with another round of S.Chise, Himari, Mika (barely surviving at that point, everyone else gone), and it worked! Thanks Vuhn once again!
But her rerun schedule is really bad. 1 week after her rerun Kisaki released, 2 weeks after Kisaki idol Trinity released. Ive the same problem like you in JP.
At least swimsuits are guaranteed some amount of reruns, try not having normal Ui while every asshole only puts their assistant Uis in shit like Final Restriction and Joint Assault instead of Total Assault. Makes an account damn near unusable.
To any one doing S.Chise strat. You CANNOT apply S.Chise strat in Extreme, only in Insane, that's why towers stun bars only reach 3/4 (idk why tho). Instead, borrow C.Kotama do Extreme is better.
The reason is that in Extreme and below, Hod's CC bar requires less seconds of CC applied but said second count is not boosted by CC power - only the raw duration listed counts. SChise's CC potency mostly comes from her UE giving tons of CC power.

The S.Izuna strat is amazing, I never knew the key to beating this faster more consistently was having anyone who does Focus Assault (I used Noa) and it got me to 27.66M.
I don’t have S.Ui, S.Izuna and Cherino, also I have to use my borrow slot for DPS unit since I also didn’t get Mika during 3rd anni banner I find Kazusa + S.Hoshino being an interesting alternative, you can still easily 3 shots the boss if Kayoko’s fear on first 3 panic shot (or just use C.Kotama)
I did S. Chiseggs strat with minor difference: I gave Ui to Chise first, then at 2nd tower, I gave her to Mika. Seems not that different but I can only clear Hod with 1:49.xx remaining while you cleared with over 2:10
idk if it was just me, but I'll put it here in case it helps anybody else: I found that using the formation of Mika, Ui, S Ui, S Chise in team 1 helps the out of range rng mald a fair amount. Obviously if the boss does the cross attack just give up on the attempt but with anything else you should be fine (I used S Ui at exactly 9 cost every run btw)

Im doing the Kayoko mald with NY.Fuuka instead. It's definitely a safer clear due to NY.Fuuka shield coming in clucth, but it's very slow. Borrowing S.Chise seems much better.
My comp is Tsubaki, Iori, Mika, Kayoko. Himari, NY.Fuuka. It's super unoptimized, but comfy clear. It's for those who just wants to clear insane daily. No need to think much about rotation.
Also another trick for ppl like me who can’t clear TM, with the new ticket insurance system(or whatever it’s called) you can just waste 1 ticket on TM -> instant surrender and boom… free 100 gems for TM attempt and you still got TA coin of an insane difficulty😂
But! Make sure you SURRENDER! Don't hit lobby and forfeit! The team must _lose_ otherwise it doesn't count for the achievement and you just lose your ticket!
I have a question... about S.Izuna, I know it is cool to bring her to Hod battle but I wonder since insane just hit mystic Izuna is sad, is it possible to bring Noa to the battle instead?
Is there a reason my SChise doesn't fill a CC bar by herself with one EX? It's always just short. I have the same skill levels as this SChise here, the same T8 necklace and T2 SPEQ (the other two EQs don't affect CC power), and a higher level and star-rarity, yet mine can't fill a bar herself. Ako and Himari are also both level, skill, and gear maxed out on my end for stat donations.
Been looking for a run with Camp Kotama. Too much RNG mald on Kayoko and I don't have anyone with a built SChise. Thanks to this vid, I figured out I can use SIzuna to displace. But any recommendations to replace SIzuna? Mine's UE40 but I lack so much mats and credits to pad her HP more

Camp Kotama or Kayoko. Kayoko can be paired with Cherino whose basic skill applying Focus Assault for Kayoko skill. Require very precise timing and planning.
When my Mika use 2nd to finish the boss it go from x4hp bar to x3hp bar or sometimes x2hp bar Does this due to miss or not crit? (Ue 50 all max bonding 30)

Wow, that S.Chise comp is the comfiest I've ever had for hod. I only needed to reset once due to bad Mika positioning.

i don't know why but in extreme both Chise and Kayoko can not make the tower cc bar full with 1 EX. They have same stats with you in video :(

Is your difficulty Extreme or below? Despite what the in-game text said, CC Power is applied to CC duration in only Insane and Torment difficulty.

You can use the grand assault team, that team use Cherino instead of S Ui.

For me its S Chise, but if you have a problem with Mika position you can try C Kotama.
Kazusa needs to be UE50 and there is also crit malding on HOD.
