A couple things I could suggest would be the following: Familiarize yourself with some of the roads/streets, or travel commutes that lie ahead for you. Any specific stores/needs that you may necessitate, would be a good thing to have researched in advance as well. Join Things To Do Ocala, and Ocala Word of Mouth on FB, for some great insights into the area and don't forget to register at the DMV/Property Appraiser for anything municipality related. There's usually a resource for anything here with a quick Google search, but of course you can always reach out to me for anything you're (your friend) having trouble finding. Happy moving day!
I am concern from the latest article I just read . Rates will go up yet again to get inflation in control. I feel I will never be able to purchase a home. It seems that way.
It’s unfortunate. And it’s just hard to guess how the next year will actually look. Higher rates means lower purchase amount, so the key is finding an affordable area. I know it sounds defeating, keep your head up!

That first place is absolutely O U T S T A N D I N G it really is, do NOT let the gas station part fool you and Hungry Bear is out of this world - this guy did his research j have lived Ocala for most of my life and I ca. tell you he did his research because just the two he suggested aren’t “well” known but to locals so - really good job bro.
