    Hi,
I have a Permobil F5 Corpus VS (2017) wheelchair. The footrest of the chair does not go all the way back. It does not stay at a 90 degree angle when in a normal sitting position. When I do the reset process with the ICS remote control as you explained in the video, the footrest goes all the way back, but when I want to take different positions and bring it back again, it does not go all the way back. Is there a way to adjust this?
The chair has a joystick with an LCD screen. I could not find a way to enter the settings menu.
I would be very happy if you could help me with this.
    Thank you.

I purchased a used 2010 Permoil c400esp. Can this be upgraded to the color screen and these memory functions? The chair has leg, backrest, and seat tilt functions as well as seat lift. The chair has a monochrome screen.
I realize this is an old thread, but any info would be appreciated.

Hello, I just bought a new Permobil C500. The new truck reaches a maximum speed of 6 km/h. My old Permobil C500 was driving at 10 km/h. How do I increase the maximum speed limit on a new stroller?

Hello. Speed limits on each of our power chair products are decided and set based on a number of factors. The two main ones are (1) construction limitations, such as drive train and battery power, and (2) laws/regulations. These two factors along with several others are what ultimately decides how fast your chair (1) can and (2) is allowed to go. Software modifications such as changing the speed limit can only be made by licensed Permobil technicians. Please contact the distributor you purchased from or our customer support to learn more. //Patrik

frame 30, you said "plug the Rnet programming key into the bus." I have searched the internet and the Permobil website for that item, cannot find it. What does it look like..? does it have a cable, an actual key, and where is the bus. Your video caused more questions than providing answers to the fact that my M3 only has to profiles and will only go 2mph in profile 2, bumped up to the highest speed. Why would Permobil required a key (that can't be found) to go into setting and adjust basic functions like profile/speed/time etc...?
    So infuriating.

He was referring to a programming dongle that technicians use. It enables the joystick to be used as a programmer, instead of using a stand-alone programmer, like other power chairs utilize.
