If it’s for a project or similar I do not charge, all I ask is that my channel be credited for the footage either in the video or the description. I do not allow straight re-uploads of videos though.
It probably needs new batteries or a new charger, the batteries could be going, the caps in the charger or whatever other components could also be the culprit, the motor could also be slightly faulty, there's a possible chance the siren could be on its way to being sick.
