Another detail in Fjorm’s design that I LOVE is the ash’s inside of her cape, showing how her home was ravaged by the flames and she only just managed to get away, it’s a small detail but a really good one
I never noticed that but it is amazing.
Such a good concept for a video; the art in FEH is so diverse and beautiful, so giving certain characters an in-depth analysis really helps bring out the work these artists did! Nice work 😁👍

For Book III, other than Hel, Lif is one of my favorite art. Considering that he was Alfonse, the art shows just how savage he became, like death himself rushing towards you. Truly shows how far Alfonse has fallen.
The moment I saw Fallen Ike, I knew I had to get him. I always saw Ike as Fire Emblem Guts, but F! Ike sealed it for me, making me feel as if I got to play the Black Swordsman himself in the game. Greg Chun also made him feel like him as well, I absolutely love his roar!
The main thing I love about Fallen Heroes are their artwork and their voice. The artwork for all of the Fallen Heroes are just so beautiful in a haunting way, and the voice actors made them sound like they truly fallen from grace.
It's a shame this video came out too early for the recent Halloween banner, cuz I think Byleth's Halloween Duo Alt deserves a lot of praise.
The damage portrait especially, the way Byleth is selflessly rushing in to shield Sothis while it looks like she's just back-sassing the enemy as if he isn't even there, absolute gold. Wish me luck!
I think that design is amazing as well and I find it a lot better than Sothis' Christmas alt

Anyway before I get to my choices from FE 9-16, TMS, and Heroes, I like to briefly mention some new resent Heroes added from the previous games: Namely Halloween Sophia and the just added Wolf as Sophia looks so adorable and that Spider plushie is competing with Lysithea and Alcremie for the most cutest thing I’ve ever seen and as for Wolf he looks so cool and he definitely fits the leader of the Wolfguard so props to I.S. For delivering the Purple-haired characters with Cuteness and Coolness respectfully.
9/10: I agree that Brave Ike, Fell Ike, Resplendent Elincia, Halloween Dheginsea, Dancer Nephenee, and Ashnard looks amazing, I also should give mention to Petrine as she looks exactly what I wanted for an Evil Female Villain especially with that special art looks like she will “Cook you alive”, another good one is the Wyvern riders of Daein, Haar and Jill, because they both are faithful to the source material and both really captures their power, Black Knight looks good and like the Wyvern riders is faithful to the source and BK really looks MENACING, Pyrite Nasala looks good and really fits his Pirate personality as he is one of the best anti-Heroes in FE, and finally my favorite one in all of tellias, Legendary Micaiah, she looks so majestic and she is the only tellias art I love more than Ashnard and I love how she really feels like she is the Queen Of Daein (Deain really has amazing fashion sense).
13: Ok this is biased and personal admittedly, but my absolute favorite art in the entire game has to be Resplendent Cordelia and it’s partly due to her OG art being what it was. To clarify, (And this is purely subjective and personal), I like to imagine that the OG Cordelia comes From shortly when you first meet her in Ch. 7 of Awakening and around after Ch. 9, because if that’s the case then considering how her entire squad was murdered and she has survival guilt and especially after Phila was Killed in front of her, it’s perfectly understandable why her base version looks so depressed and that’s also why her Resplendent form (which I consider her Time Skip form in the second half of Awakening 2 years afterward which is fitting since this art was added 3 years after FEH inception) looks so confident and resolved because by then she has moved on from the “5 stages of grief” and to this day, she has been my MVP since I got her (best $10 I have ever spent in my life) I also have to admit that her Resplendent form gives me Ezra Scarlet from the Anime “Fairy Tale” vibes, and finally I got to give honorable mentions to her Bridal and Summer outfits as they look gorgeous and beautiful and I personally Headcanon that they are after the Gangral war and how she can FINALLY relax for a change (Which is great as this just further proves why Cordelia’s my favorite female character in fiction).
Other Honorable mentions for Awakening go to Halloween Male Grima, Plegian Tharja, Fell Female Morgan, and Spring Severa. (As someone who always ships Robin/Cordelia, I love how both their daughters Have both cool and cute designs respectfully, Now if only Caeldori could join Heroes to complete my Personal family).
14: While Corrin has some good versions my absolute favorites have to be Legendary Female Corrin and Fallen Male Corrin Because Legendary is from the timeline that I feel that Corrin went through the best growth and how she is coping with what happened in Conquest and has no regrets just makes me love this version more also I LOVED the Noirian Noble class design and I.S. Did not disappoint, as for the Fell Male, Corrin looks like he is on the verge of losing his mind which considering he just lost his mother who could blame him (Besides Hana and Takami of course/s) and I especially loved his special version because that looks legitimately vicious, I also loved Noirian Azura because the Purple color scheme looks great on her and I have always preferred that design over her default personally, last honorable mention goes to Fell Takami Because he looks MENACING and will shoot you down if you mock him (In case you couldn’t tell I loved Noirian uniforms and fell artwork)
16: I agree that Boar Dimitri, Hegemon El, Nemesis, and especially Brave Lysithea are the best 3H has to offer but I will mention a few more good ones, I LOVE my absolute favorite Character Claude’s Legendary Artwork as it fits him perfectly as the Sovereign Duke Of the Lester Alliance and it really captures his Handsome smug look but I also loved his Brave version as it captures his new role as the new King of Almira. Speaking of new leaders Legendary Male Byleth is majestic and I.S. Actually made his Enlightened One attire look great on him and weather he is the Comander of the Black Eagle Strike Force (CF) the new Archbishop (AM) or the new king Of Fodlan (VW) I feel that Byleth will succeed in his role no matter what, I also love Halloween Sothis and how Male Byleth looks like his title the “Ashen Demon” and it’s nice to see these two together and have fun for a change, and finally I want to mention how much I loved the Death Knights design in Heroes because like Black Knight, Fell Berkut and Fell Takami, Death Knight looks MENACING and cool and really suits his intimation factor.
Not much to say about TMS that hasn’t been said so instead (Tomua and Yashio when I.S.?)
FEH: I really loved Gustav’s art both in life and in death and the color palette really fits well especially the special art for the undead version, also I LOVE Lif and Thrasir’s designs as while they are obviously Edgy, I still like it because it fits the theme especially with the big reveal of their origins which also explains why their designs are similar to Alfonse and Veronica respectfully, and while I will praise the Giant Twins as well I also loved Fafnirs design Especially the Mechanical Dragon version because he looks intimidating and is easily my second favorite dragon design in FE next to Grima.

52:51 The sooner Joe Zieja reaches the Mercedes and Lorenz B-support in his Crimson Flower run (he reached that pathway now and has Mercedes, Lorenz, and Lysithea recruited), the sooner I may show this section to him! He's so gonna love it considering his annoyance towards Lorenz! And speaking of, this roast is hotter than Mercedes's of Lorenz's! If Mercedes's roast is like Ragnarok, then the one in this video is a Meteor, with a crit added!

If you ever watched Codename Kids Next Door, I can explain why Winter Tharja is an armor unit. Battle Ready Armor.
It's also funny considering that Benjamin Diskin (voice of Number 1 and 2) has been voicing in this series since Fates.
Fyi, Noire's character model in Awakening actually has the biggest chest out of all the second gen units and many of the first gen units.
So, while her large bust is rather comically drawn in her summer alt, it's more accurate than you'd think. It definitely doesn't look very well proportioned though.

Lord, if you think ashnard was daisuke izuka’s magnum opus, you have not seen the big amount of detail and ferocity he put into the demon king formortiis. It is, at least in my opinion, very very eye catching, and fitting considering the demon king’s story and his importance in fe8.

Your mimickation of Lorenz was scarily accurate, and that makes it absolutely hilarious.
The artwork has always been one of my favourite parts of FEH, and being a player who has been around since 2017 (AKA the beginning of the game's history) I have seen my fair share of the ups and downs of such.
I actually do agree with a lot of your choices, one of them was especially agreeable to me, however, and that was your take on Lyon (even though that was in part 1)
Lyon's fallen artwork has ALWAYS been top tier for me, and absolutely dominates over the rest of his artwork, though his other portraits are really good regardless. The attention to detail on his personality and state of mind is exceptional, and is the main reason why Lyon is one of my favourite characters.
This two parter was really well made, and I'm hoping you'll make an updated "part 3" once more alts come out (especially since some new "bridal" alts came out just today)
I'm excited to see what might come after this, glad this was recommended to me.
Poor Athena and Base Eliwood… they’d be so neat-looking with their clothing improvements if not for the _eyes…_
I honestly still don't think their eyes are nearly as bad as Rebeccas. Not hard to see why the artist hasn't been commisioned for another character since and i do hope Rebecca can get some kind of alt in the future to give her some better art.

Elincia's resplendent is drop-dead gorgeous. The choice of darker colours while still maintaining harmony with the green and gold of her hair and eyes was so well done. Also her pose and expression while attacking is just amazing. Very dynamic, like she's actually lunging for a strike, and with a very determined and focused look in her eyes.
ike is considered unique among fire emblem heroes *proceeds to show him in a pic of the lords next to a bunch of blue haired heroes who look nearly the same*
honestly never found ike to be that different from a eliwood or a marth

The Winter Tharja part makes me laugh when you consider the number of """armor""" units in FEH with the "how is this a armor unit" theme.

Halloween Sophia has quickly become one of my favourites due to how cute and fitting her design is as well as being released when I was creating Chapter 14 for my FE6 LP which was the icing on the cake.
It's super cute and probably my fav of her designs, such a shame I already did part 1 by this point.

It actually does make sense why pirate Tibarn looks closer to his original portrait, since Kita Senri was the character designer for both Tellius games! Definitely one of my favorite artists in Heroes along with Hidari, Asatani Tomoyo, and Rika Suzuki.
Had a great deal of fun watching both Part 1 and 2. It certainly is a testament to the amount of work you put into making you videos. Well done Blazing Knight, I hope you can find time to relax after completing this enormous task.

-HARD disagree for Leanne's art; I think her FEH art is much better compared to her normal art in the Tellius series, even one of the best arts in the game. Yes, she looks like an angel, but to be honest, all of the Herons look like angels. I think it fits Leanne. The dull colors are a bit off-putting, but I let it slide because it feels like she's shining with radiant light that it's like gazing at the sun.
-I don't like Harmonic Mia's art. Not because of the strange pairing, but because it looks...off. I dunno, Masked Lucina looks really off, the water doesn't look like water to me. The pairing itself is fine, it's just the art that puts me off.
-Sumia's hair color was done justice in FEH, since she's supposed to be a brunette. Her Awakening artwork looked WAY too washed out and dull in colors.
-That unexpected Simpsons bit made me laugh.
-Glad to see that you tried to see both sides of Resplendent Lucina's controversy! It's got its flaws, but it's gorgeous as well, and we can see what Yuji was going for.
-Is it weird I like Male Adrift Corrin better than the Female one? Sencha's special arts feel kinda...weak. I dunno why.
-A fellow Hinoka fan, I see. ;) Glad she got justice as the lead in her Pirate Duo!
-Let's just hope Arthur's son, Percy, gets the same artist Arthur did. Both fit the comicbook style well. :)
-I don't hate the boob cleavage on Rinkah. Maybe it's because I'm biased.
-When Christmas Bernadetta was a thing, I *SCREAMED* with joy. Tobi did a fantastic art with her Christmas alt! Bestest girl forever! :D
-Yeah, I'm not a big fan of the normal Lysithea or Summer Lorenz...
-The TMS banner is great, though Kiria is my least favorite. Her arms and legs seem a little...noodly. And it puts me off.
-Peony isn't really an alt of Sharena, per se... They just kinda resolved that in a "eh, doesn't matter" note that felt anti-climatic.
-Alright, Heroes OCs: I completely agree with New Year's Laevatein, Eir, Hel, and the Jotunheimr princesses with best OC art. I disagree with Easter Sharena, Valentine's Henriette, Surtr, Freyja, and Easter Loki for worst OC art. Easter Loki being obviously fanservicey makes sense, due to her being a tease. I hate the design of normal Loki more, since the outfit is...really dumb.
Also you totally didn't talk about the best Heroes OC, Mirabilis. Or talk about how overly edgy and dumb Lif looks. 0/10 /s

Just started a Hector Normal Mode IronMan run yesterday.
Dark mage with a 50 percent Nosferatu on Dread Isle. Now I deem Dread Isle as the map that ended my Ironman run. Lol.
Actually I think I might’ve changed my opinion on Lyon. I think he’s a solid villain. But I think he’s a great character. When I meant overrated I meant that some people say he’s the best villain. Which I don’t agree with but everyone’s entitled to their own opinion. Still top 5 for me. But Berkut is my favorite.
Speaking of which, what is your opinion on Berkut?
I really like Berkut. He's a different kind of villain where he actually starts at the top and is more so a douche as opposed to evil, yet over time he continue to lose himself due to his loss to Alm despite other still respecting him and even his wife never leaves him.
Berkut to me is cautionary tale of entitlement and it's nice that the villain is far more personal and down to earth opposed to a giant power house.

She looks super lovely and a proper extension of her design to reflect her character grow. It's a little bulky but otherwise wonderful.

Yeah fem Corrin's Adrift alt is cute but male Corrin's is superior in my eyes! I love how graceful and pretty Corrin looks in the artwork! The special artwork with the butterflies, water and dragonstone really make the artwork pop! Also male Corrin's fallen form is leagues better! Fem is more "uwu kawaii desu" but fallen m!Corrin....hooo boy! Ferocious feral beast that will rip one to shreds! It's absolutely amazing! It just makes me sad that everyone cares about fem Corrin more....I'd love to see male Corrin's time to shine!

I can't explain why, but I think there is something off about a lot of the three houses characters. Mostly those where the art style deviates from the game itself and especially the three lords in pre timeskip design.

Most of my favorite art in the game is done by enkyo yuichiro with both the selkies being my favorites and I did like the improvements the artist did with ny selkie and loved the anniversary selkie art they did. I do like lysithea art quite a bit but I can see what you mean with what you didn't like about it, it just wasn't that big a deal for me
Their art is some of the sweetest out there. The colours they use are divine and the line work is so soft, plus they often do very pure characters which only adds to the aesthetic.
Just as expected! The 2nd part is just as great as the 1st one!

Chrom's resplendent form looks like a phoenix and I'm just a sucker for dark blues and flaming reds
It's truly one of the best resplendent both visually and metaphorically.

Why did the first speedo wearing male in this game had to be Lorenz of all dudes DX? Those were sad times XD. TBH Raphael or Seteth seem more like the type to wear them if they had to grasp straws for a TT 3H unit (and both have daddy bods so that's a plus).

THANK. YOU. SO. MUCH. Every time I say they ruined Rinkah's art people say it's an improvement. She's my favorite female character in all of Fire Emblem and seeing her get the "needs big booba treatment" really hurt I hope she gets a seasonal that does her justice
And it's such a shame since the rest of her looks incredible, but the bust is tooooooo jarring.

Freyja's swimsuit alt looked really stunning. Removing the dress really improved her fashion sense by a lot.

I can't speak for everyone banner but generally it's been pretty good, the halloween banner was really nice.
Am I the only one who wants to see Sigune from FE6 here? Sure, she's a bit obscure, being only a minor boss from the Ilia route, but I'd still find it cool.

I actually really like the Lorenz summer alt because it hits the same level of memey as Oliver's heroes art for me especially with the attack pose that resembles the classic painting of Adam touching fingers with God.

With Adult Tiki's OG depiction in Heroes being very mediocre, I was waiting for the day where she would finally get an alt or resplendent that does something for her the OG design couldn't. Make her truly shine. Much like Awakened Blood did for her younger counterpart.
Her summer alt shows off her great body, but it's not quite what I wanted. As it's a summer alt, it made me continue to desire more for a different Adult Tiki design. Just like with Ursula. Brave Adult Tiki looks fine. She's drawn better than her OG design. However, she doesn't look completely right in her younger self's outfit. Even if it's a larger version of that outfit. It's obvious it was never suited for her adult self. Bridal Adult Tiki is nice, but doesn't quite scratch that itch. Young Tiki in the wedding dress comes off as pure; while Adult Tiki is drawn beautifully. So close, yet I still wanted to see Adult Tiki in an outfit that would be more suited to her. Finally; as of very recently, she received a resplendent and it's the most gorgeous she's ever looked.
Comparing Adult Tiki's new resplendent, I like it more than young Tiki's resplendent design. Adult Tiki's outfit takes inspiration from young Tiki's resplendent outfit. With it also being combined into the fairy theme. It provides a sense of her resplendent outfit being an in-universe refinement of what she once wore. It allows for the clothing to be a reminder of how gorgeous Adult Tiki truly is. Also, as nice as Awakened Blood young Tiki looks, it's Adult Tiki who I truly love. It's ironic; both selves of Tiki started off with mediocre renditions in Heroes that have better equivalents in a past Fire Emblem game. Took the both of them a while as they both received alts or resplendents that were drawn decently well, but didn't truly do it. Yet the both at different points in time finally found the design they needed.

My least favorite map in Blazing Sword is Cogs of Destiny. Your opinion? I’ll explain why. It constantly throws enemies at you that are either op warriors, op armor knights, and op horse knights. I understand that the late game gets more difficult but it’s just countless hordes of enemies. And then Linus. Like him as a character, hate him as a boss.
A lot of people don't like that map because it's a slog and on HHM the enemies are REALLY tough with staff spam. Personally while I like the enemy variety and divide and conquer approach to the map design, the games goes overboard with how many enemies you have to get through.

I won’t lie some of the art like for Cordelia’s feels…off like she isn’t suppose to look like that, something about her face makes her feel out of place with the others
It's very flat and lifeless compared to her other forms or even awakening art.

@@crackjack144 True though I don't think it's as jarring as Cordelia since their outfits and colour schemes aren't as bold by nature.
While Elincia still looks at her best in Radiant Dawn; the legendary design version in Heroes gives her proper justice. To think Legendary Elincia was drawn by the same person who drew Celica's regular design in Heroes.
Resplendent Brave Lucina also looks cool in her own right. Putting to shame her previous brave design. Rearmed Sonya shines even brighter than her spring design. Awakened Blood Tiki is the best design for Young Tiki so far in the series. Her outfit is an improvement over her regular outfit in Heroes and even the DS remakes. Not to mention a unique looking flame effect for her special art. Bound Unwavered Kagero and Orochi is a very nice friends-only pairing. Not to mention their special art being a spectacle to behold. Regular Sheena already looked good in Heroes, but her resplendent makes her hair truer to how it looked in New Mystery of the Emblem and she looks more rad in the Embla set of armor. Also looking cool with the way she charges with her large axe in the regular attack art. Ice-Dragon Oracle Ninian is one of the other dragon girls looking at her best.
As for the guys; you gotta like Proper Pourer Sigurd. His resplendent design is also very good. While still having his own sense of justice, it's a more extreme version of it. Not to mention his damaged art looks ominous. Though I do think Resplendent Eldigan still is the cooler looking resplendent. Brave Male Robin is quite colorful. Vigarde looks like a barely alive man who has been given the order to attack his enemies on sight. Ascended Ced looks better than his OG art in Heroes mainly thanks to his modified outfit literally taking inspiration from Leif. Brave Soren is based on Archsage Soren from Radiant Dawn.
Love the Hana appreciation.

What didn‘t you like about Brave Claude? I think Wada‘s Claude is the most beautiful person in the entire game!
He defo looks very cool just like in 3H and wada's style really helps the golds and brown contrast expertly, though the design is just his 3H final form, it isn't that unique just like brave edelgard and Dimitri.
I'll admit I'm more bias of the modern games, from PoR and onward minus the remakes, so I will be watching this 2nd part with more favoritism then the first, but make no mistake I did enjoy both of them.
Speaking of the modern games, what was your thoughts on the new Ninja Training banner that dropped, especially the Duo unit of *Corrin* and *Elise?*
It's a cool banner, I like all the alts and Corrin and Elise are very cute together, Shamir is my fav of the bunch though none of them are super amazing in my opinion.

As for my least favorites; not including me not being a fan of a large majority of the designs in Three Houses to begin with, there aren't that many in this situation I have a strong dislike towards.
The only ones I can think of are with Olivia (standard; her dull expression, the lack of color saturation, and bad shading make this feel like a big downgrade compared to her original concept in Awakening), Cordelia (standard; I may not be a fan of hers, but I can't help but feel sorry for her dull facial facial expression and lack of color saturation), and Summer Noire (ironically her bust size is right, but they added a bit too much muscle to her).
