When Joyce Smith gets a call from her good friend, Cindy Reiger, and finds out that three boys fell through an Icy Missouri lake, In Lake St. Louise, all hope seems lost, as John Smith fights for His life, after falling into a freezing cold Lake, John Smith was underwater for more than 15 min. When the Firemen finally come to pull John out of the freezing cold Lake, He was without a pulse for over an hour. His mom ran into the E.R and saw Her son lying in the face of every bleak medical case, But Joyce didn't want to leave her son's side, Until she prayed and asked God for a pulse, and instantly John Smith got a pulse!
