This could be a blessing for Richard, considering that would be cutting off access to thousands of calories that he would intake other wise. Right like I lost 80 pounds at my senior year (keep in mind i’m class of 2020). And I got a tummy tuck due to all the excess skin I had on my lower abdomen. And now im thinking about hitting the gym and building lean muscle on and I have a few pictures of what I want to look like. Less than 2 years later he regained all of the weight back and continued eating fast food and drinking sugary beverages and not exercising.
