Such a shame that the movies' actual credits aren't long enough to let John Williams expose his full "end credits" compositions. I watched The Attack of the Clones the other day and waited for the Anakin's Theme and the Imperial March at the end.... But nope! Only Accross the Stars.
I didn't realize it until years after I'd seen this film, but at 9:38 the music shifts into a very melancholy rendition of Anakin's Theme from Episode I, lasting until around 9:57. It sounds so... But in reality, the end is near. The Darkness is coming, and like it or not, it can't be stopped.
zg234 Across the Stars makes it sound like Anakin and Padme have found love...but that ending theme almost hints about Anakin being 'troubled.' Sitting down and doing nothing but listening to this opened up something inside me, and I found myself weeping like a child.
Thank you, Williams, for that ten minutes of blissful catharsis.
The transition between Imperial March to Across the Stars to Rebel Fanfare is PERFECT
3:38 Star Wars Battlefront I's Main Menu.
Omg that game was actually the best. Still like it better than the sequel, although the sequel brought some unique things to the table. I was really hyped for 3...until LucasArts went under and EA/DICE made their thing. I wouldn't have been so mad at DICE if they would've just called thier game something other than battlefront. It's a starwars shooter sure, but it's far from a battlefront game.
THE FEEEEELS
7:00 for Battlefront 2's Main Menu
Well that's actually for Rise of the Empire and Galactic Conquest menu but still awesome nonetheless. Awesome reference dude.
I hear Anakin entering azure angel from 2003.
7:57 woah goosebumps
It may have been a cluster fuck storywise but the soundtrack was still great.
Demon Rantz absolutely not.
Why was the story bad?
The story was good, not the execution,
2:59 I imagine this being the music for an alternate timeline where Count Dooku leads the galactic empire instead, it sounds more aristocratic and Dooku-like than the actual imperial march, especially with that added verse at 3:09
I can already imagine Christopher Lee in the place of Vader elegantly saying “Luke, you underwhelm me. Your skills in the lightsaber are flawed. Join me and you will learn the technique of a true swordsman”
The ending of this song is truly haunting. Absolutely beautiful.
Mr. John Williams, you created a musical masterpiece that truly reaches "Across the Stars" -- the heavens even.
4:36 - "... in no small part due to the efforts, of the fighting men of the 501st. "
1:15 to about 1:40 :
"The Force is with us, Master Sidious.
Welcome home, Lord Tyrannus. You have done well.
I have good news, my Lord, the War has begun
Excellent, everything is going as planned."
That Sidious was crafty one!
Doctor: You have 10 minutes and 42 seconds to live.
Me:
yup
U N D E R R A T E D
I like at 10:00 you here a hint of the Impieral March
yeah I noticed that too ,love it
That's wonderful
3:16
As the rebels fled, the 501st gathered around a burning bunker, and let out a cheer that shook the stars. The rebellion was done. The Death Star was being rebuilt bigger than ever. Order had finally returned to the galaxy, in no small part due to the efforts of the fighting men of the 501st.
2:38 love the eerie music here. The shroud of the dark side has fallen.
7:03 BATTLEFRONT 2!!!!!!
Or also the Galactic Conquest theme.
thetricker01 or that too...
Yeah, oh the memories....
Not just 2 but every Battlefront that came out afterward.
the memories i have with that game!!
I used to watch this movie on DVD a lot when I was a kid. This takes me back to my childhood.
3:38, it’s too perfect and beautiful
The prequels have more iconic music than the new trilogy
There I said it
100% true
Ive been looking for this exact soundtrack for more than a DECADE !!! big thanks
Lego Star Wars Attack of the Clones: Count Dooku
??
Alonzo Underwood watch EPIV frien'....
Yeah but what does that have to do with anything
Erik Nagasaki
This is the music played in the video game in that level.
@@julianbaxter2403 Nope, they switched this music with clash of the lightsabers for his boss fight.
3:38: "On Kamino, our eventual victory depends. Defend against the Separatists' attack. Or our clones will be lost"
Yoda Briefing on Kamino, Star Wars Battlefront (2004)
Damn this shit nostalgic as hell
Incredibly love this transition at 07:40 min.
Touches my heart every time
i just came to hear 3:00 through 3:37 fucking epic!
2:39 The shroud of the Dark Side has fallen... Begun, this Clone War has
3:19 _Wipe this pathetic planet from the fate of the galaxy!_*/*_The fools fight with me!_
Jean-Baptiste Emanuel Zorg lol nice KotOR reference
"Begun the clone wars have" right after that everything is so amazing!! Bravo John Williams
2:53 - 2:59 sounds eerily similar to the Game of Thrones theme song.
The ending is just so amazing
6:59
Select a fleet to command!
Movement cancelled!
You know something bad is going to happen when you hear Darth Vaders theme at the end.
1:15 that Holst pastiche
2:54 - 2:57 - Am I the only one to hear the Game of Thrones main theme?
Williams created GoT theme before Djawadi
the prequel music is so awesome
