Honestly, so it will INCREASE my grip pressure. This, in turn, lowers my rev rate. My speed has gotten softer over the years but my rev rate has stayed the same. This keeps my rev rate matching my speed so I can use a variety of layouts, surfaces, and balls on a variety of conditions.
