In the land of fjords and mystic shores,
Where Norseman's spirit fiercely soars,
This relentless and ancient place.
Has hosted twenty years of grit and grace,
A triathlon born of Norse lore,
With mountains high and cold waters to explore,
Athletes push through pain and strife,
In pursuit of the Norseman way of life.
From Eidfjord's depths to Mount Gausta's height,
They conquer the elements with all their might,
In this rugged and unforgiving terrain,
The hero inside proudly masks the strain.
In the footsteps of the natives brave,
They find strength in each daunting wave.
With every stroke and pedal turn,
They feel the fire within them burn,
So here's to Norseman's first twenty years,
A testament to all the triumphs and tears,
In a true, basic, and unique style we toast,
To the endurance of those who love it the most.
