A look into the new 2023 Mack Anthem semi Truck. Take a quick look at the interior and exterior. As well as a listen to it accelerating from 0mph to 15mph.
Im taking the first steps towards becoming a trucker, and i hope to find myself in one of these beauties!!! And before anybody says it, i know its a bad time to enter the industry. But its better than my alternatives, so 🤷🏽♂️
@@jimi3540 Amen to that! Not everyone is geared for trucking. Im pretty introverted and the best job i had in my 20+ working-years was one of my first jobs (non-cdl cargo-driver for an oil&gas-company). LOVED(!!!) the driving bit; Hated the rest of the BS that went with that place
not a chance. cheapest lowest quality seat. the whole unit seems to be fleet spec. been driving one for 3yrs now. its not a bad truck however seat quality/seating position are being its biggest downsidev👎. there are some other cheap quality features like need to retighten cabinet screws every year 😀
@@markoyl Why can't all the companies adopt this? It's the best thing ever. You don't always want to climb into the bunk every night after work. Flip the seat around and kick back is a nice option.
Hello my friend, I hope I did not bother you, can I get your driver's license and also obtain a work contract as a truck driver from one of the transportation companies in America, knowing that I live outside the United States, I hope for your help, thank you
No. I've driven it. It's junk. The steering is squirrely, can't handle heavy haul. Extremely poor steering. Honestly just plain dangerous pulling a load. The cabin layout is just stupidity. The tractor overall cannot handle towing weight. Driver visibility is weird, bad. The whole thing feels chintzy, cheap and lightweight. This new "thing" is no longer a real Mack Truck. It's something else.
Worst looking truck I've seen come out in 10 years. Looks like one guy with a straight-edge on a drafting board did the whole thing in one day. And we don't want a black hole in the centerline of the truck up front. Whole exterior lacks character, and looks ..... CHEAP. Could Mack find any way or anywhere else to hang more "plastic" on it? I just watched a 2023 KW video earlier tonight, truck was an Australian spec cabover, but they've got a design to salivate about.
I used to drive in canada, but back in uk. Our European trucks interior styling is so up to date and modern. That mack inside is hideous, all square angles, no design effort at all. Dont miss them one bit.
Mack is a Dame good truck Especially with heavy loads and in the mountains. Trust me, I've been in one for a year now. I love it.
The only good thing I can so about the Mack is that it has a pretty good ride
Feels 90s in many ways
I used to drive a 90's Mack(Renault) in New Zealand...real cheap plastics!
That's about the best looking road truck Mack has put out.
Cool truck!

I guess you haven’t seen the 990s or the 680s Kenworth produces. Now those are probably the ugliest things with a steering wheel produced today.
